It's just an ale brewed with cranberries. If you like cranberry juice, you should like it. It's not overpowering. Just enough cranberry goodness to give it some kick. Have you tried apple ale? Pretty similar, but taste different, since it's an actual ale and not just a hard cider. I'm not explaining too well. Trust me. You'd like it.
