Section 802 of the USA PATRIOT Act (Pub. L. No. 107-52) expanded the definition of terrorism to cover ""domestic,"" as opposed to international, terrorism. A person engages in domestic terrorism if they do an act ""dangerous to human life"" that is a violation of the criminal laws of a state or the United States, if the act appears to be intended to: (i) intimidate or coerce a civilian population; (ii) influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination or kidnapping. Additionally, the acts have to occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States and if they do not, may be regarded as international terrorism.

Actually we should start with Obama for his fear tactics and purposefully targeting the TSA and the border patrol during the sequester debate.

Then move down to the entire legislator for the partial gov shutdown. Holding the entire nation hostage over just delaying obummer care.

I don't think Christy was denying responsibility , he acted quite quickly and fired who he though was responsible !
I don't see a lot of protests from other people , so maybe Christy did a good thing ??

He denied knowledge of what his minions were doing, which is what Barry uses on an almost daily basis. The difference being Christy fired those responsible and Barry hides them away so the t***h of his culprit ability never sees the light of day.

Constitutional Libertarian-do not believe for one second that Christy is aping Obama. Christy immediately accepted responsibility and took action to rectify the situation. He will continue to dig until he ferrets out those who acted stupidly in this event and they will be fired. Obama is still promising to get to the bottom of Fast and Furious and B******i.
