How do you try an i*****l a***n?

I live close enough to Rockville, Md. to follow the news about the alleged rape of a 14 year old girl by two undocumented men, ages 17 and 18. Today's stories were about positioning by both prosecution and defense in anticipation of a trial.
Question 1: Are people here illegally entitled to constitutional protection? If they are, how do they get a jury of their peers? Most juries are found by using v**er rolls to identify potential jurors. There shouldn't be any i*****l a***ns on v**er rolls (v***r f***d doesn't exist according to one political party).
Question 2: If the jury is composed of all legal citizens, doesn't that imply a bias against the defendants? (It would if I were the defense lawyer and lost the case.) Such an argument could lead to an immediate appeal if the defendant's are found guilty.
Question 3: Rockville is in Montgomery county, a self-proclaimed "sanctuary" county. As the county goes to extraordinary lengths to protect the rights of the accused (which has already started if you read the comments of various public officials), who is protecting the rights of the victim?
Observation: Every time "sanctuary" cities make the news, it is usually a situation where people here illegally are being protected at the expense of legal citizens and public safety.
Final question (I've asked this one before): Why do liberals support the idea of sanctuary cities? What is the benefit to the local citizenry and to the country?

And, since a sanctuary city protects the criminal alien, will they protect a criminal American as well or, do they discriminate?

It appears to me that the sanctuary city would be motivated to discriminate against its own citizenry. Heaven forbid they admit that there is such thing as an illegal who is actually a murdering rapist.

This is a tough question, a question made unnecessarily difficult because of the raging progressive attitudes flourishing in the USA today. That progressive dogma seems to state that i******s should enjoy all the benefits granted by our laws (Constitution) but none of the restraints.

As for the final part of the question, I think enough evidence exists to suspect the condoning of the massive invasion of i******s serves the progressive movement inasmuch as those entering illegally are heavily invested in the socialist-type of government i.e. redistribution of wealth, etc., and they will most likely be dedicated v**ers for democrat office seekers for generations to come.

You give them a trial in the city park using the same principle to try them as sanctuary cities use to openly defy Federal Law. It's called anarchy!

S Maturin-agree that the democrats are cultivating v**es. There does not appear to be any other logical answer. Oh !
They can be compassionate and generous as long as it is with other people's money. America First !!!

It's a little amazing to what degree liberals will lie, c***t, steal, and worse in a warped attempt to gain some perceived high moral ground.

I'd use Crisco.

Oh wait, you said "try". not "fry".

The governor apparently is ready to come down hard on that county. He has said there will be no sanctuary in his state.

Well of course they are cultivating v**es. Did you ever think otherwise. Do liberals ever do anything not aimed at v**es?

By the way, has anyone ever been able to differentiate redistribution of wealth from stealing?
