Why would Pres. Trump tell a lie knowing that he'd be found out? I believe he's smarter than that. All the political cards are stacked against him and he knows everything he says and does will be critiqued, by the Republicans as well as the Democrats. I don't know about everyone else but I believe Obama had the FBI wiretap Trump Tower. There are groups of people in the country making a big noise trying to o*******w the government.
If anyone expects an apology from our Commander in Chief, I hope they aren't holding their breath.

as a democrat,and a telephone/data person we know how easy it is to tap a line secure or not, wireshark a data circuit or hack a computer..it's easier than you think

There was an interesting article on one of the blogs the other day that touted a story regarding the Obama wire tapping to have been handled by a British agency thereby leaving no American fingerprints. This is a very plausible explanation.

I read that and commented on it somewhere. It may have been British but who knows what British is anymore.

I don't think he's telling a lie about it. Thinking he knows more than he's saying. Thru his whole run for the presidency he would say things...and I would be like...What???? But danged if it always came true. Don't know how he does it. But he does.

Electronic wiretap most likely using a foreign government or source. No American alphabet agencies involved. Obama had at least two layers of "plausible deniability" between the act and himself.

Why the fascination with Trumps claims of surveillance? The pundits claim there is no evidence of a court order. Since when does obummy care about about court orders. Obviously that's not how Chicago politics work. Do what you have to do and then have everybody lie and cover for you.
