This is tragic for sure about Sandra but why would cops k**l her ? Surly a k*****g brings more attention than a traffic stop and arrest no matter how ugly the situation got at the traffic stop .. Why do people commit suicide ? Many do although on the outside everything looks roses but internally sever depression .. We at this point do not really know or refuse to accept that maybe she snapped in that jail cell and ended her life ..People do it all the time . Where is the autopsy report ?
I ain't saying that happened but ????? Law suits are settled by BOTH party's involved so to try and make this look like cops are just paying off to avoid court , that's ridiculous .. Perhaps the plaintiff figured they better take money rather than go to court and lose .. Its a no win situation .. For Sandra especially .. tragic ..
