This still doesn't place any cost/price controls on providers ( hospitals, etc. not Doctors ). Libertarians want to say "let the market decide", but there is NO competitive market in healthcare. These constraints MUST be artificially imposed by the Federal Government, make them PROVE and JUSTIFY their prices and any future increases. This, among many other things, is where the ACA failed.
