The Violent Left - What Can We Do?

Someone posted this in The Thomas Sowell Institute group on FB that I belong to - it was so inspiring to me I thought I would share.

"What can we do? I think we have to understand the battlefield. Part of this war is psychological. We know this from observing the mental breakdown of the left over the last two months. We do not want to find ourselves in the loony bin with them.

We also know this from how the media coordinates and endlessly repeats certain words: chaos, crazy, etc. Scott Adams has been indispensable to me in this regard, deconstructing the advanced persuasion techniques being used to shape my perceptions of the information I am receiving.

We can organize, too. We are.

We have 30,000 people here. We can reach out to more. It is really amazing how quickly these networks can self-assemble. They have one network like ours in Brazil with 2,000,000 members.

What do we do with our network? Reassure people they are not alone, first of all. That is huge. Pass out good information. Post video. Hone our arguments and communications sk**ls. I see no reason why we should surrender the internet or the streets to B*M or A****a or anybody. They are our streets, our information highways. Paid for with our money. The left thinks they own them. They need to be reminded that they don't.

We must not lose our s**t either. Panic is so unsexy. Panic is what the left does. All they do is smash up the places they live and scream. This, they parley into political power. If you peel away the black mask, what you will find are a bunch of vicious drama queens.

Remember, when the US entered WWII, its army was about the size of Portugal's and we were practicing with dummy rifles. In four years, we were fielding a fighting force second to none and we were using atomic weapons.

We need to think like that. We need to think clearly, ruthlessly, and strategically. Where the enemy has a tool we can use, we use that, too. Boycotts, marches, lawsuits, memes, mockery. Look at what Milo did at Berkeley. One person. He did not speak to an audience of six hundred that night. Berkeley did not destroy him. Berkeley destroyed Berkeley. He went on Tucker Carlson and spoke to millions and sold thousands of books. And I bet he will be back at Berkeley. I hope he rolls into town in a pink tank.

We need to imagine a future and make that happen--by any means, if necessary. Notice the if--BY ANY MEANS, IF NECESSARY. That one little word is what distinguishes us from them. The world we are fighting for is not a world where the Nietzschean will to power is the only game in town. It allows for other possibilities: church socials, gay dance clubs, backyard barbecues, fireworks, friendship, fellowship, Civilization."
