Part of the weakness of Trumps case was that his lawyers were telling the judges to ignore sections of the EO. Well you can't do that which means that Trump needs to write a new EO. Well, I doubt Trump can do that because to do so would be an admission that his first one wasn't perfect and as we all know Trump will never admit to being less then perfect...

Yeah, that's why he's in the process of doing just that, writing a brand new EO. Sec. Kelly admitted that he had hastily put this EO out there, so now they will strengthen those areas where they screwed up. BTW, he is close to perfect and where he is lacking he has the absolute best surrounding him to make up for any possible lapse. You can't find a stronger team. Even you will admit that....the best of the best.

Well gosh golly, shut my mouth!! And he's close to perfect? At this point in time Bush had submitted his tax plan to congress and was working on his next piece of legislation. Trumps tax plan isn't even on paper yet much less ready for Congress to consider. Strong teams don't hastily slap s**t together and say, well there ya go.

These guys are perfect examples of what happens when you have inexperienced people trying to do jobs that are normally done by competent people who have experience in government. Trumps EO's make him look pretty because of the preponderance but they've done nothing to advance legislation or to solve problems. Has the problem with Obama care been solved--or even started? Nope. Any bids for the wall yet? Nope. Have we even got a design for they wall yet? Not that I've heard. And this last EO has done nothing but create a state of confusion from top to bottom. All Trump has done is to put on a lot of makeup but neither he nor his people have done anything to advance a single piece of legislation. Us democrats like that but I thought you guys elected him to get something done...

As for the best of the best comment--the reason he only has half of his cabinet in place is because he did nothing to vet anyone before or after they were nominated. Usually people are fully vetted before they are nominated that way the opposition can't sit there and shoot them down. It's convenient to blame democrats but if Trumps people had done a competent job the democrats would have never been able to block them. Trump has put together the biggest group of hacks who have ever tried to run a government. There is no government experience and Trump has too big of an ego to admit that he's in over his head...

You're an i***t. He's only been in office three weeks. He has done more in three weeks than Obama did in 8 years. Get something done? You are a moron!!!!!! A total douche. and a dishonest one at that. No morals, no ethics. Go campaign your mentor Hillary. You're on the same page. 2020!!!!

PeterS-the court rulings should not have anything to do with the specific contents of the EO. All they should be ruling on is whether he has the authority to issue one, for the purpose of protecting American citizens, and the law clearly states that he does have that authority. These are activist judges expressing their displeasure at the results of the e******n. The SCOTUS should unanimously over-rule both lower courts even though we recognize that there are activist left wing judges on the SCOTUS. Once Gorsuch is confirmed, common sense will return to the SCOTUS. America First !!!
