True, but while he will recuse himself, another in his office would be the gather' of facts to charge with the DOJ actually filing the indictment after the Grand Jury took action of the hearings...

Linda-exactly !! Unlike AG Lynch, he will allow prosecution to go forward instead of short-stopping same. I would surmise that his deputy would lead the charge. America First !!!

My day starts at 5AM as well and normally have 3 if not 4 cups and just as many cigarettes by 6:30AM.

Well, I'm usually up around 5 or before. Make a carafe of coffee for me and the Old Lady, fire up the laptop, check the news, do the email, drink a cup and start the day. No ciggies for me. Tried to quit for years, had a 'life-changing' medical episode a few years ago and haven't touched one since. I have been known to drink a second cup of coffee now and then. Funny really. I went from wild to mild in a few short weeks. Quit smoking after over 40 years. Quit drinking. Cut way back on the coffee. Haven't touched a joint in years. In a word, bo-ring.
