You on the left enjoy telling people that what they believe is wrong and what you believe is right. You believe that the law for 300 million people should be changed to benefit 300 thousand. I know, you say if the majority wants, the majority should get, but I don't see it that way. If that was the way you on the left worked, instead of changing the marriage laws to accommodate a very, very small minority, you would be telling these poor mixed up people that, unlike all the billions of other people in the world who can control who they stick there penis in or lick the (you get it right?) that they are allowed to do what they want with each other, but the MAJORITY of people in the world does not believe it is normal or ok for two people of the same sex to get married. Of course this is only one of the things you and your ilk force on me and the rest of the world. I'm sure you've heard the old saying "Never feed a stray dog, (or cat). I'm also sure that you know why you don't feed a stray dog (or cat, don't want to be seen as prejudice). It's because if you do, it will never leave a place where it gets a free meal. It won't hunt or learn to fend for itself, and after a while it will become totally dependent on you for everything it needs to live. Liberals are a cancer on the world, that believe that the rich have a responsibility to feed and house the rest of the world. You believe that as you climb the money ladder you should have to carry the people that are too lazy to climb on their own. The way I see it, you made your money and have every right to keep or spend or give it any way you want without me standing there waiting on you to receive your paycheck so I can get what liberals think you owe me for doing absolutely nothing. Conservatives believe that you should be able to accomplish anything and everything that you see as good for you. That you should be able to do wh**ever it takes, without stealing from others, to make yourself as rich as you can make yourself. And you should be able to keep it or give it any way YOU want. Liberals and Democrats in general believe that somehow some way, on your way to becoming rich, I earned the right to some of your money. A lot of your money. You believe that I should believe that two guys sucking each other off is good and proper and moral and is not a sin. I don't think you should be able to force me to do, let alone believe in or support, what I know with every cell in my body is wrong. I also don't believe that I should be able to force you to see it as wrong either, if that's what you want to do and it doesn't hurt others. I don't believe that I am entitled to one penny of your money. And by the way, I am in no way rich. My wife works at a grocery store and I am disabled, but not collecting disability or any other money. We live off of my wife,s check, because I wasn't disabled when we wed and said for better or worse, 'til death do us part. I believe that you have every right to believe in wh**ever you want to believe. I do not believe that I should try to force you to believe what I believe. You have the right to be whoever you want, without any interference from me or the rest of the world. Period.

Established in 1985, the Lifeline Program for Low-Income Consumers was a noble thought. It was designed to provide telephone service for qualifying low-income consumers -- to provide poor people with access to emergency services, families, and jobs. The program was expanded in 1996 to include cell phones. The first cell phone service was begun in 2008, provided by SafeLink Wireless, under the TracFone umbrella.
Current Lifeline Program eligibility requirements are:
Be at or below 135 percent of the federal Poverty Guidelines OR participate in one of the following assistance programs:
Medicaid
Food Stamps or SNAP
SSI
TANF
Section 8 Housing
LIHEAP
Free Lunch Program
Other government give-away programs
You can see how the government defines "poor."
The program, part of the Universal Service Fund (USF), is paid for by telecommunications service providers that contribute to the federal USF based on a percentage of their end-user telecommunications revenues. The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) does not require this charge to be passed on to customers. Each company decides whether to assess charges to customers to recover its Universal Service costs.
From Media Matters For America (MM), we get this: "Fox News hosts falsely claimed that a federal program that helps low-income Americans obtain phone access is paid for by individual taxpayers, when in fact the program is funded by fees levied on telecommunications companies." So, technically, MM is correct -- phone access is not directly paid for by individual taxpayers. But I'm curious as to who MM thinks pays the fees levied on telecommunications companies. They made a big deal about this "false claim." MM is hiding behind a technicality, a liberal characteristic that we have seen before. Can anyone say "oil production"?
MM also stated (emphasis mine):
Conservative activist James O'Keefe [founder of Project Veritas] released a new highly edited video that purports to show people inappropriately receiving free cell phones after announcing an intention to sell them to purchase drugs and to pay bills. The phones were being distributed as part of a federal program to provide low-income Americans with access to phones. The raw footage of the video, however, shows that none of O'Keefe's actors who claimed that they were going to sell the phones for unrelated purchases actually received phones."
Again, MM is technically correct. The video does not show any investigators actually receiving phones. That is a rather weak attempt to obfuscate, to change the subject. More to the point, here are some of the quotes from the Project Veritas video, featuring Project Veritas investigators and "ObamaPhone" workers:
Investigator: ... I love bags, and I have so many f------ bills, I am in debt, so I need to sell as many of these phones as possible to pay off my bills and stuff[.] All I'm saying is thank God for Obama because Obama is basically paying for my Louis Vuitton bag right now[.]
"ObamaPhone" worker: What you do is up to you. It don't have nothing - Just keep it to yourself.
Investigator: This is him ["ObamaPhone" worker] talking about, telling us that we can sell the phone to buy heroin, the drug. OK, so I'm get some money for heroin.
"ObamaPhone" worker: Hey, I don't judge.
Investigator: On my application, one more question, when I come back on the application, should I put down that I intend to sell it or I don't like it?
"ObamaPhone" worker: Probably like plead the Fifth on it. It's illegal. Uh, yeah. It's - there's guidelines, it's against the law.
Investigator: I could get the phone and then sell it?

Even though MM claims the video is edited, the message comes through loud and clear. It sure appears that MM is again hiding behind a technicality. But don't take my word: watch the five-minute video yourself. And while you're at it, don't forget this jewel.
Even dead people are receiving "ObamaPhones." Rep. Tim Griffin (R-AR) says:
The evidence is stacking up: dead people are receiving free cell phones in the mail, eligible and ineligible individuals are obtaining more than one, and electronic kiosks have been stationed in convenience stores to spread the word about this 'free' opportunity."
[In a FoxNews interview, Griffin said] "This program demands reform. There is a lot of waste in it and we need to be asking ourselves, 'Where do we draw the line? Do we give everybody an iPad next? A computer? Is that the role the federal government should be playing?'
All of this for "only" $2 billion per year.
And here's another nugget of information. One of Dear Leader Barack Hussein Obama's cronies, TracFone CEO F.J. Pollak, received a part of a major new government contract to provide internet service to low-income job-seekers. And guess how that program is to be financed. You guessed it: the USF! The program is designed to increasing digital literacy by use of the internet to help bridge the sk**ls gap and reduce job search discouragement. TracFone will, however, provide Android phones rather than computers as part of the program. The phones allow users to play games and browse Facebook, but they do little in the way of increasing job sk**ls. The idea of subsidizing internet access for the poor came from TracFone.
Pollak has been a frequent White House visitor. His wife, Abigail, has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for Obama's 2008 and 2012 campaigns. It's interesting to note that TracFone has over 4 million Lifeline subscribers. It just seems that coincidences never end.
The only defense offered by Lifeline Program supporters is that it was begun during Ronald Reagan's term, and expanded to include cell phones during George W. Bush's term. But so what? Circumstances change -- even Democrats are not immune. The Jeffersonian Republicans-Democrats represented those who visualized an agrarian future. Then, as the 20th century began, progressives with socialist-Marxist doctrine began to infest the Democrat Party. The result is what we have today.
So what began as a noble cause has "evolved" (as Obama is wont to say) into yet another government giveaway program. Certainly not its original intent. The Lifeline Program has been corrupted by Obama supporters, and the Democrats want to expand it to include the internet. And shouldn't they be allowed to do that? After all, the internet was Al Gore's invention.
Dr. Warren Beatty (not the liberal actor) earned a Ph.D. in quantitative management and statistics from Florida State University. Jury: Fraud put Obama on '08 b****t
Democrat officials convicted of making up names for qualifying petition
Two Democrats in Indiana have been found guilty of submitting unauthorized names on the petition that placed then-Sen. Barack Obama on the 2008 p**********l e******n primary b****t, meaning he likely did not qualify.
Fox News reports the jury in South Bend found guilty on all counts former longtime St. Joseph County Democratic Party chairman Butch Morgan Jr. and former county Board of E******ns worker Dustin Blythe.
The two faced accusations of petition fraud and forgery, as well as falsely making a petition.
The verdicts raise anew questions about e******n f***d by Democrats, a subject that was analyzed after the 2012 e******n.

The report found v**e f***d occurred in the 2012 p**********l e******n and cumulatively was likely enough to decide the outcome.
"In reality, although no single instance or aspect of v**e f***d was likely enough to tip the e******n for Obama, the aggregate of their [Democrats] corrupt activities including illegal campaign donations, taking advantage of states without v**er ID requirements, military b****ts delivered too late may well have been," the analysis said.
Fox News reported that two former Indiana e******ns board officials who pleaded guilty said Morgan told Democrat officials and workers to f**e the names and signatures that Obama and Hillary Clinton needed to qualify for the p**********l race.
Prosecutor Stan Levco told Fox, "I think this helped uphold the integrity of the e*******l system. Their verdict of guilt is not a verdict against Democrats, but for honest and f**r e******ns."
Affidavits citing the testimony of former Board of Registration worker Lucas Burkett said the scheme was created in January 2008. Burkett reportedly was aboard the plan at first but later dropped out. Fox News reported he waited three years to reveal the scheme.
Fox News notes that if revelations about any forgeries were raised during the e******n, the petitions could have been challenged at that time.
A candidate who did not qualify with enough legitimate signatures at the time could have been removed from the b****t.
State law in Indiana requires candidates to have 500 signatures from each of the nine congressional districts to qualify. But in St. Joseph County, Obama qualified with only 534.
Prosecutors alleged that nine of the Obama petition pages apparently were forged, and each contained up to 10 names, bringing doubt on up to 90 names.

"If f**ed, [they] could have brought the Obama total below the legal limit required to qualify," Fox News reported.
Fox reported it was told by "numerous v**ers" they did not sign their names, nor did they authorize their names to be used.
"That's not my signature," said Charity Rorie, a mother of four. "It's scary, it's shocking. It definitely is illegal."
Added Robert H****r Jr., "I did not sign for Barack Obama."
WND's extensive report on fraud in the 2012 race looked at claims that Obama, in some districts, got 100 percent of the v**e, questions about absentee b****ts and efforts by Democrats to prevent poll watchers from observing the e******n.
Some of the issues that were uncovered:
Seventy-five GOP v**e inspectors were ordered to leave Philadelphia poll locations by Democrat poll judges. One judge was caught on audio. A court order sent them back but it's unknown what happened when they were gone. These poll locations were all within the 59 precincts where Romney received no v**es.
In Philadelphia, the Community V**ers Project, an ACORN clone that employs some former ACORN workers, shredded Republican v***r r**********ns. It's not the first time they have been in trouble.
The Florida AFL-CIO threatened True the V**e and Tampa Fair V**e with legal action for submitting v***r r**********n challenges.
Maryland Representative Elijah Cummings issued a highly publicized threat against True the V**e and E******n Integrity Maryland just for checking v**er rolls. EIM found 11,000 questionable registrations, including 1,566 dead v**ers. The Maryland Board of E******ns took no action.
Cummings also attacked the Ohio V**er Integrity Project with the same baseless claims.
Think Progress falsely claimed True the V**e was "under investigation" by Rep. Cummings, when in fact he has no legal authority to do so.
Despite overwhelming nonpartisan public support for v**er ID laws, Attorney General Eric Holder's Justice Department and liberal jurists have delayed, emasculated or defeated ID laws in Texas, Wisconsin, South Carolina, Arizona and Pennsylvania.
Holder has vowed to fight v**er ID laws as restricting v**ers' rights.
The Obama administration "spiked investigations" of eight states that had major v**er roll problems.
The Holder Justice Department conspired with Project V**e on National V***r R**********n Act (aka Motor V**er) enforcement lawsuits, which force state and local agencies to become, essentially, low income v***r r**********n drives.
In 2009 DOJ announced to its attorneys that it would not enforce v**er roll maintenance laws because it wouldn't increase v**er turnout.
The report also found the e******n rolls nationwide in shambles. Pew Research Center published a report revealing e******n rolls in a shambles nationwide. It found:
24 million invalid or inaccurate v***r r**********ns
1.8 million deceased v**ers
2.75 million registered in multiple states.
The WND report also focused on the mechanics of the e******n: v****g machines.
There were a number of complaints about electronic v****g machines that tallied v**es for Democrats despite a Republican v**e and a few instances of the opposite case.
V**ers in Pueblo County, Colo., complained that their v**es were being changed to Obama, reported local NBC affiliate KOAA.
Maryland congressional candidate and veteran investigative journalist Ken Timmerman reported many v**ers claiming this happened to them, lodging complaints with v**e judges. Timmerman has requested to see v****g machine records.
Maryland Delegate Kathy Afzali and Carroll County Commissioner Richard Rothschild have requested the FBI impound two electronic v****g machines suspected of switching v**es based on complaints from other v**ers, including a state official.
Robert Ashcroft, a Republican poll watcher in Allentown, Pa., reported that about 5 to 10 percent of electronic v**es would "change the se******n back to default to Obama."
EVM problems were also reported to have occurred in Ohio, Nevada, North Carolina and Texas.
A 2008 Fox News report showed how electronic v****g machines can be infected with a computer v***s to change v**es. A Princeton University study in 2006 found the same thing.
And the fraud didn't go unnoticed. A few of the higher-profile cases:
Patrick Moran, son of longtime U.S. Rep. Jim Moran, was caught on video by James O'Keefe's Veritas Project, telling an undercover journalist how to commit v**e f***d.
Other Veritas videos showed Obama campaign officials in Texas, New Jersey and New York providing multiple forms to journalists posing as v**ers so that they could v**e in two or more states.
On E******n Day, Veritas reporters recorded poll officials on camera telling v**ers not to v**e for Romney.
The Obama campaign continues to accept illegal donations from other countries. WND's Aaron Klein proved it by donating to the Obama campaign twice under the name "Osama bin Laden" using a Pakistani web address.
WND has filed a complaint with the FEC demanding an investigation of overseas donations to the Obama campaign.
In 2008, the Obama campaign accepted almost $30,000 from Palestinian donors.
A Korean interpreter in Flushing, N.Y., directed Korean v**ers to v**e Democrat. He was expelled from the poll.
Two cases of forged v**es were reported in Poughkeepsie, N.Y., by Republicans who discovered their v**es had already been made.
Non-citizens were charged with v****g illegally in Austin, Minn.
Cases of double v****g in Ohio are being investigated.
Non-citizen allegedly v**ed in Iowa
Double v****g is being investigated in North Carolina
NBC reported dead v**ers v****g in California
Mentally disabled were coaxed to v**e for Obama in North Carolina
Widespread absentee v**e f***d is being investigated in South Texas
A non-English-speaking, under-18 youth reported he was "told he can v**e."

Fox News reports the jury in South Bend found guilty on all counts former longtime St. Joseph County Democratic Party chairman Butch Morgan Jr. and former county Board of E******ns worker Dustin Blythe.
The two faced accusations of petition fraud and forgery, as well as falsely making a petition.
The verdicts raise anew questions about e******n f***d by Democrats, a subject that was analyzed after the 2012 e******n.

The report found v**e f***d occurred in the 2012 p**********l e******n and cumulatively was likely enough to decide the outcome.
"In reality, although no single instance or aspect of v**e f***d was likely enough to tip the e******n for Obama, the aggregate of their [Democrats] corrupt activities including illegal campaign donations, taking advantage of states without v**er ID requirements, military b****ts delivered too late may well have been," the analysis said.
Fox News reported that two former Indiana e******ns board officials who pleaded guilty said Morgan told Democrat officials and workers to f**e the names and signatures that Obama and Hillary Clinton needed to qualify for the p**********l race.
Prosecutor Stan Levco told Fox, "I think this helped uphold the integrity of the e*******l system. Their verdict of guilt is not a verdict against Democrats, but for honest and f**r e******ns."
Affidavits citing the testimony of former Board of Registration worker Lucas Burkett said the scheme was created in January 2008. Burkett reportedly was aboard the plan at first but later dropped out. Fox News reported he waited three years to reveal the scheme.
Fox News notes that if revelations about any forgeries were raised during the e******n, the petitions could have been challenged at that time.
A candidate who did not qualify with enough legitimate signatures at the time could have been removed from the b****t.
State law in Indiana requires candidates to have 500 signatures from each of the nine congressional districts to qualify. But in St. Joseph County, Obama qualified with only 534.
Prosecutors alleged that nine of the Obama petition pages apparently were forged, and each contained up to 10 names, bringing doubt on up to 90 names.

"If f**ed, [they] could have brought the Obama total below the legal limit required to qualify," Fox News reported.
Fox reported it was told by "numerous v**ers" they did not sign their names, nor did they authorize their names to be used.
"That's not my signature," said Charity Rorie, a mother of four. "It's scary, it's shocking. It definitely is illegal."
Added Robert H****r Jr., "I did not sign for Barack Obama."
WND's extensive report on fraud in the 2012 race looked at claims that Obama, in some districts, got 100 percent of the v**e, questions about absentee b****ts and efforts by Democrats to prevent poll watchers from observing the e******n.
Some of the issues that were uncovered:
Seventy-five GOP v**e inspectors were ordered to leave Philadelphia poll locations by Democrat poll judges. One judge was caught on audio. A court order sent them back but it's unknown what happened when they were gone. These poll locations were all within the 59 precincts where Romney received no v**es.
In Philadelphia, the Community V**ers Project, an ACORN clone that employs some former ACORN workers, shredded Republican v***r r**********ns. It's not the first time they have been in trouble.
The Florida AFL-CIO threatened True the V**e and Tampa Fair V**e with legal action for submitting v***r r**********n challenges.
Maryland Representative Elijah Cummings issued a highly publicized threat against True the V**e and E******n Integrity Maryland just for checking v**er rolls. EIM found 11,000 questionable registrations, including 1,566 dead v**ers. The Maryland Board of E******ns took no action.
Cummings also attacked the Ohio V**er Integrity Project with the same baseless claims.
Think Progress falsely claimed True the V**e was "under investigation" by Rep. Cummings, when in fact he has no legal authority to do so.
Despite overwhelming nonpartisan public support for v**er ID laws, Attorney General Eric Holder's Justice Department and liberal jurists have delayed, emasculated or defeated ID laws in Texas, Wisconsin, South Carolina, Arizona and Pennsylvania.
Holder has vowed to fight v**er ID laws as restricting v**ers' rights.
The Obama administration "spiked investigations" of eight states that had major v**er roll problems.
The Holder Justice Department conspired with Project V**e on National V***r R**********n Act (aka Motor V**er) enforcement lawsuits, which force state and local agencies to become, essentially, low income v***r r**********n drives.
In 2009 DOJ announced to its attorneys that it would not enforce v**er roll maintenance laws because it wouldn't increase v**er turnout.
The report also found the e******n rolls nationwide in shambles. Pew Research Center published a report revealing e******n rolls in a shambles nationwide. It found:
24 million invalid or inaccurate v***r r**********ns
1.8 million deceased v**ers
2.75 million registered in multiple states.
The WND report also focused on the mechanics of the e******n: v****g machines.
There were a number of complaints about electronic v****g machines that tallied v**es for Democrats despite a Republican v**e and a few instances of the opposite case.
V**ers in Pueblo County, Colo., complained that their v**es were being changed to Obama, reported local NBC affiliate KOAA.
Maryland congressional candidate and veteran investigative journalist Ken Timmerman reported many v**ers claiming this happened to them, lodging complaints with v**e judges. Timmerman has requested to see v****g machine records.
Maryland Delegate Kathy Afzali and Carroll County Commissioner Richard Rothschild have requested the FBI impound two electronic v****g machines suspected of switching v**es based on complaints from other v**ers, including a state official.
Robert Ashcroft, a Republican poll watcher in Allentown, Pa., reported that about 5 to 10 percent of electronic v**es would "change the se******n back to default to Obama."
EVM problems were also reported to have occurred in Ohio, Nevada, North Carolina and Texas.
A 2008 Fox News report showed how electronic v****g machines can be infected with a computer v***s to change v**es. A Princeton University study in 2006 found the same thing.
And the fraud didn't go unnoticed. A few of the higher-profile cases:
Patrick Moran, son of longtime U.S. Rep. Jim Moran, was caught on video by James O'Keefe's Veritas Project, telling an undercover journalist how to commit v**e f***d.
Other Veritas videos showed Obama campaign officials in Texas, New Jersey and New York providing multiple forms to journalists posing as v**ers so that they could v**e in two or more states.
On E******n Day, Veritas reporters recorded poll officials on camera telling v**ers not to v**e for Romney.
The Obama campaign continues to accept illegal donations from other countries. WND's Aaron Klein proved it by donating to the Obama campaign twice under the name "Osama bin Laden" using a Pakistani web address.
WND has filed a complaint with the FEC demanding an investigation of overseas donations to the Obama campaign.
In 2008, the Obama campaign accepted almost $30,000 from Palestinian donors.
A Korean interpreter in Flushing, N.Y., directed Korean v**ers to v**e Democrat. He was expelled from the poll.
Two cases of forged v**es were reported in Poughkeepsie, N.Y., by Republicans who discovered their v**es had already been made.
Non-citizens were charged with v****g illegally in Austin, Minn.
Cases of double v****g in Ohio are being investigated.
Non-citizen allegedly v**ed in Iowa
Double v****g is being investigated in North Carolina
NBC reported dead v**ers v****g in California
Mentally disabled were coaxed to v**e for Obama in North Carolina
Widespread absentee v**e f***d is being investigated in South Texas
A non-English-speaking, under-18 youth reported he was "told he can v**e."
