Did you read Pence's tweet: "Calls to ban Muslims from entering the U.S. are offensive and unconstitutional." He did not say "all" Muslims. The sentence can be correctly read as banning any Muslims.

If Trump is keeping his word to ban the immigration of possible "Islamic radical terrorists," why isn't Saudi Arabia on that list? Fifteen of its citizens participated in 9/11. You will not like the answer. Trump has heavy financial ties to Saudi Arabia. Any other reason that the country with the most citizens that have directly attacked the US is not on the list? Big investments in the United Arab Emirates; 2 citizens were involved in 9/11. Are you blind?

Yeah, that tweet was posted in December of 2015, six months after Trump announced his candidacy for POTUS, and obviously before he won the nomination and chose Pence as his VP running mate. Before Pence was even on the list. At the time, Pence was reacting to Trump's campaign rhetoric. Things are quite different now.

The tweet, sent from Pence's verified Twitter account, was authentic. His comment was in response to a 7 December 2015 proposal by then-p**********l candidate Donald Trump to institute a temporary ban on Muslims entering the country until government officials could "figure out what's going on."

After Trump nominated Pence as his GOP running-mate in July 2016, Pence backtracked on the issue. When asked in October 2016 why he had stopped condemning the idea of a ban, Pence said he no longer needed to condemn it because Trump had supposedly abandoned the position himself.

The most significant difference between the ban instituted by Trump's January 2017 executive order and the one he proposed as a candidate in 2015 is its scope. The earlier proposal called for "a total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States," while the executive order targets residents of seven specific Muslim majority nations. According to research and polling worldwide, there are between 300 and 400 million Islamic terrorists. That's approaching a fifth of the entire Muslim population. Moreover, an extensive research project by several polling institutions polled Muslims in 128 countries, and depending on the questions asked, a surprisingly high percentage of the so-called "moderate Muslims" support terrorism to one degree or other (many are afraid to do otherwise), and many feel that Sharia law should rule the world.

But, who are those subhuman cockroaches in countries all over the world who are k*****g people by the thousands, cutting off their heads, burning them to death, roasting them over open fires, impaling them, h*****g them, crucifying them, stoning them, throwing them off of high buildings, shooting them, kneeling them down on explosives and blowing them into hamburger, raping them, enslaving them, selling young girls into the sex s***e trade, and blowing up ancient shrines, temples, churches (even some mosques), monuments, and anything else they can destroy? Who are they again? Yep, they're Muslims. And, much of this barbarism is occurring in Syria and Iraq, exactly the region from whence the refugees are coming. Is it possible then that some of those barbarians might be among the refugee hoards? Would it not be wise to put a hold on this madness until we can get a handle on who to allow in here and who to keep out? This red carpet bulls**t isn't going to cut it. Not if we want to put a lid on Islamic violence in our own country.
