History lesson number 1:
Richard Nixon's VP, Spiro Agnew, resigned from office(reason not necessary here) and Nixon nominated Gerald Ford to replace him. Nixon then resigned to avoid impeachment and Ford became President, he was never named as a possible co-defendant with Nixon.
In case you ever see it as a "trivia" question, Ford was the only President who was never elected as Pres or VP in a P**********l e******n.

Here it means "taken to a mental institute for observation, or alcohol treatment!" Usually after found on the streets acting drunk or crazy! Or reported by their family! There they can hold the suspect for a maximum of 24 hrs, for "observation". But......we have cut the mental health services to the bone! A big mistake! Several k*****gs have resulted because when the families reported their loved one acting crazy, nothing was done until someone was k**led! Several times mothers have testified that if the authorities had acted when they reported them, their son or daughter would have still been alive! Our sheriff has said that fully 1/3 of his inmates don't need jail, but a good mental institution, but there isn't any room! They get no help in jail!

I think we should consider drafting Vladimir Putin for our next president. He has had experience t***sforming Russia from c*******m to a democracy and that is what we will need to do here in America once Obama's term is up.
