It's heartening to see we agree on another subject, Kenjay.
My question is this...if the senator is not qualified to be AG they why is he allowed to still be a senator and remain in the senate with those who do not want him?

Simply put...there are two different branches/processes involved, legislative and executive. The legislative branch are elected by citizens. The executive nominees are made by the president and appointed upon acceptance by the Senate. If not accepted by the Senate, the nominee returns to his previous job.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_-qtVTsL-FQIt is heartening that innuendo and specious allegations are going to be called out. How many times have we had to endure the Democrats saying with absolutely no evidence, or even a hint of wrong doing, the "seriousness of the allegations" warrant a full investigation-(unless of course the "serious allegations" are directed towards a Democrat).

I hope so! The rule of law has been ignored long enough. If you are not going to obey the law or enforce it, why have the rule of law? When our leaders don't obey the law, how can our culture and society endure? When a criminal hurts an innocent civilian, we give them a slap on the wrist and take the position he did it because he came from a poor environment. We no longer execute criminals for committing hineous crimes. We do everything we can to commute their sentences to life in prison. We go to great lengths to make sure that person is giving more fair trials then he/she deserves, etc. Everybody forgets the victims who were k**led and their families who have to suffer the loss of those loved ones. When we forget, no longer respect and enforce the rule of law, we become a nation of thugs, criminals and people who prey on the innocent and weak. If you look at the last three adminstrations that have governed this nation, it should be a wakeup call. Hillary Clinton, her husband, Bill, Obama and Bush have trashed and thrown the Constitution in the s**t house. Hillary has no respect for anything but her own greed, goals and wants. To lie time after time about things and not held accountable for her actions says more about America then it does Hillary. There was a time when you were caught lying, you were punished or you had to resign from your job in disgrace. Now! It is part of the culture and it is acceptable behavior. When I was a boy, I got caught stealing money from my Dad. When he got home the next day, I got the worst thrashing of my life. I learned, even though it was harsh, that such behavior was wrong and there were consequences for your actions. It was the rule of law and I had to obey it or I would have become a punk or thug. Now, that I am an adult, I look back and I am thankful that my Dad did what he did as a responsible parent.
