A number of sources have suggested that Elvis’ manager, Colonel Tom Parker, turned down lucrative offers for the singer to perform overseas because Parker was an i*****l i*******t and feared he wouldn’t be allowed back into the U.S. if he traveled abroad. There's an interesting story behind this:
