I think it is Way past time to Include Cuba into our American hemisphere.
What kind of brain dead politician would seek to isolate yet another of our Sister Nations to the South.

Cuba is NOT a sister nation and Cuba is not part of our sphere therefore there can be no division to begin with from that which was not a part.
Our refusal to deal with Cuba is primarily due to their outrageous human rights violations against their own people. These violations continue, therefore so should our refusal to normalize our relations with them.
Have you forgotten Cuba's choice to allow Russian missile emplacments on Cuban soil, 90 miles from our mainland? The same regime runs Cuba today.
To encourage relations with Cuba is to encourage its unacceptable human rights violations and its other unacceptable choices. If Cuba wants a better relationship with America, Cuba can clean up its act and earn the relationship.
This is just one more area where Obama and his liberal sheep voluntarily and purposefully spit on everything America was built on and has stood for, for our entire history.
