I said over and over that I would believe I was v****g in 2012 as soon as they handed me my b****t, I insist on paper, and put it in the box. Well, he did allow one e******n more than I thought but I sure am not willing to believe he will allow one in 2014.

I am seeing too many people talking about conservative against socialist, though and I think it is no longer that. I think that too many of our establishment GOP Congress people are just as progressive as any Democrat and they will continue to help Obama in his move toward dictatorship and One World government.

You can't be as far west as California from what you say so I have to wonder what out here means. It can't be Colorado, either since progressivism has about taken that state over. Here in western Kansas I don't think there are many Obama supporters but a small city has more of them than we have people in my county.

OldRoy, No way in hell would I live in the land of freaks (kalifreakia). I'm not to far west of you in the high country. All the progressives here are in the metro areas where the majority of the no-load welfare free loaders & liberals are are. Colorado's governor and both senators are liberal t***splants and are already doing what all democrats have done to major metro areas.

Have you ever noticed in all the liberal rants in here about how great they think the obozo is no one has once brought up ALL the dumbohcrap failures like Chicago, & Detroit? Anywhere there is dumbohcrap leadership there is failure!

Most Republican politicians are Democrat-lite, and most Democrat politicianss are Socialist or C*******t.

Neither comparison is satisfactory. I think the best way to label all people - and every one of us falls under only one of those labels - is "freedom vs controller".

Conservatives want individual freedom, socialists want complete control of everyone. Nobody can be both - it's an either/or situation. At one time almost all Americans would have lined up with freedom. Nowadays too many line up with controllers and insist on telling everyone else how to live his life. If you want to control everybody, you are a controller. If you insist on individual freedom, you cannot possibly be a controller - and the opposite is true.

No! He does not want to go. No dictator is ever satisfied with just to terms. I understand that he has issued a directive to create a commission to look at the possibility of amending the constitution to allow for more than two terms. A bill has already been submitted to, I think a senate committee to do just that. I can not stand to even look at this president, he is a piss poor copy of Chavez. I am retired military but if I were in uniform again and I came face to face with him I would not salute, I would turn my back!

Any amendment which has been passed by congress must be ratified by 3/4 of the states. I dont believe that many states will v**e for dictatorship; however as I have already said, Obama can declare a national emergency and suspend e******ns either in 2014 or in 2016.
