The Immigration and Nationality Act passed June 27, 1952 (McCarran-Walters Act - Revised and reaffirmed 1965) revised the laws relating to immigration, naturalization, and nationality for the United States. That act, which became Public Law 414, established both the law and the intent of Congress regarding the immigration of Aliens to the US and remains in effect today. Among the many issues it covers, one in particular, found in Chapter 2 Section 212, is the prohibition of entry to the USA if the Alien belongs to an organization seeking to o*******w the government of the United States by "force, violence, or other unconstitutional means." This, by its very definition, rules out Islamic immigration to the United States of America, but this law has been ignored by the White House.

Islamic immigration to the USA would be prohibited under this law because the Koran, Sharia Law and the Hadith all require complete submission to Islam, which is antithetical to the USA government, the Constitution, and to the Republic. All Muslims, who attest that the Koran is their life's guiding principal, subscribe to submission to Islam and its form of government. For the Muslims there is not other law but that of Allah, given to Muhammad and written in the Koran. All the Muslims follow the dictates of the Koran, no matter if they are fundamentalists or moderates.

Most people do not know what the Koran says and ignore how much evil it preaches to his followers, against those who do not accept the religion of the Islam, that this book proposes as the only one and compulsory religion, mandated by the god Allah; because of this lack of knowledge, the practice of this religion is accepted in Western countries, which threatens the integrity and security of the people and goes against the stability of the state in which it operates.

In fact, there are many verses in the Koran that command Islamists to k**l those who do not submit to Allah and the prophet and it is the fundament of Islamic terrorists.

The laws prohibits entry of "Aliens who the consular officer or the Attorney General knows or has reason to believe seek to enter the United States solely, principally, or incidentally to engage in activities which would be prejudicial to the public interest, or endanger the welfare, safety, or security of the United States." It also prohibits the entry of Aliens who are members of or affiliated with any organization that advocates or teaches, the o*******w by force, violence, or other unconstitutional means of the USA or of all forms of law, and Aliens who publish, circulate and distribute materials teaching or advocating the o*******w by force, violence or other unconstitutional means of the USA Government or of all forms of law.

The Islam is a religious-political doctrine of totalitarian character which promote the intolerance, the imposition, the terrorism, the war, the murder, the theft, the misogyny, the p********a, the rape, the violations of human rights, etc., contained in the preaching of the Koran; against the same Muslims by strict Mohammedans, and against those who do not accept the religion of the Islam.

Whether the Islam is a religion is immaterial because the law states that Aliens who are affiliated with any "organization" that advocates the o*******w of our government are prohibited. It also prohibits those who distribute literature that advocates the o*******w of our country, which would include the Koran.

It is proven that the Muslims do not come to the USA to assimilate to the American Way of Life. The Public Law 414, Chapter 2 Section 212, does not mention the Islam by name, but describes an organization seeking the same as the Islam. So if immigration to the USA is prohibited to Aliens who belongs to that kind of organization, such organization must be prohibited to function in the USA and must be enforced the banishment of the Islam.

I fully agree, this law should be held to standard and enforced. I personally would love to see each and every single Muslim removed from American soil....and in such a way that "dead or alive" comes into play.

However, Unfortunately I have to agree with the complete removel because every single piece of data available through the intle community and many other organizations have come to the conclusion that the muslim culture is just so backwards in their thinking and life style that they are completely non assimilating and completely repulsive to our way of life. They need to be sent back to their own countries and fight for wh**ever it is they want of their government. Not to come here and fight to have their way of life accepted and be the dominant force here. I realize it would be a hurculean task to remove them from the western countries but it can and must be done in order for our country and the other western type of countries to survive. PERIOD. They are completely stuck in the dark ages and their way of life just doesnt belong here or anywhere else but the p[laces they came from.

I think that would be an outstanding law to enforce to the letter. Nobody, muslims included, Obama included (oh, that was redundant), or anyone else (e.g. Soros, Steyer, et al) is above the law of the land or the customs that the US has developed over the last 235 years or so. I would be favorable to not only block additional Muslims from entering the US, but also deport the ones that refuse to assimilate. At the rate Onarciscist wants to let them in, and with their birth rate being what it is, how long would it take them to start forming a majority in certain areas (it's already happening). Wh**ever it takes, let's enforce that law.
