I have been hearing for years about how democratic Denmark is for their allowing all immigrants to come in and live as they desire. They have come to the end of their string concerning immigrants from the Middle East since those Muslims just aren't even trying to assimilate and, in fact, are refusing to learn the language, etc. Today you have to be over 24, know the language fluently, prove you have studied Danish history and government and live there for about 7 years before you can apply for citizenship. Not all Danes agree with this kind of thing but a majority, even bigger than the one that v**ed for Obama, does.
