Who May Qualify for H-2A Classification?
To qualify for H-2A nonimmigrant classification, the petitioner must:
Offer a job that is of a temporary or seasonal nature.
Demonstrate that there are not enough U.S. workers who are able, willing, qualified, and available to do the temporary work.
Show that employing H-2A workers will not adversely affect the wages and working conditions of similarly employed U.S. workers.
Generally, submit a single valid temporary labor certification from the U.S. Department of Labor with the H-2A petition. (A limited exception to this requirement exists in certain “emergent circumstances.” See e.g., 8 CFR 214.2(h)(5)(x) for specific details.)

I say this! If I had crops and needed to hire help I would first offer it to Americans.... Any race, any age, and education level that had the ability to do the job. And any qualified American that wanted to eat or have shelter or clothing gets first chance at the job. But those who think honest manual work is beneath them (or are so R****T as to think anyone who does that work is not as good as them) can dang well go hungry and sleep without cover as far as I'm concerned! There will be job offers but no more food stamps or handouts.
Only the TRULY disabled Will be given assistance. Acholics won't be alcoholics if they can't buy booze! If a WORKER wants to support a dead-beat friend or family member that's up to them, but no more government hand outs.
I know far too many people getting"disability" who play sports, or are obease, drunks or just simply liars and thrives to ever be PAID to laugh and mock those of us who go to work every day and pay taxes that's in turn, they steal. The think they are "ENTITLED"
