Older man: "I beg your pardon?"

Job Interviewer: "I said you are overqualified for the job. You've got too
much experience."

Older man: "How is that possible?"

Job Interviewer: "We are looking for someone that we can train to manage
things the company way."

Older man: "Is it the company way to turn down experienced managers?"

Job interviewer: "We are afraid this is just an "in between" jobs for you and you will
use our job until you find better."

Older man: "Well you are right about one thing and I'll save your time and mine."

Job Interviewer: "How's that?"

Older man: "Shove your job. I'll just leave now and find a better job!"
