Advice for old guys working out in the gym.

Badbobby was working out at the gym the other day
when he spotted a sweet young thing walking in....
He asked the trainer standing next to him,
"What machine should I use to impress that
lady over there?"
The trainer looked him over and said; "I would
recommend the ATM in the lobby."

Makes sense, I get good cardio at the ATM - trying to figure out how to work it.
