The wicked vinedressers
This is one of the more important lessons Jesus taught because it is in three gospels. In three gospels it is the last parable taught by Jesus. The parable is about a man who plants a vineyard with a harvest in mind.. Everything that is needed has been provided. He hires out husbandmen who will harvest the grapes and make the wine and travels to a distant land. He sends servants to get the wine. His servants are mistreated and sent away empty handed, some are stoned, some are killed. Finally the landowner sends his son, hoping they will respect him. When the vinedressers see the son the vinedressers plan to kill him and take the vineyard. What will the landowner do to the vinedressers? He will destroy them and hire vinedressers that do their jobs. God gave us the bible to show how to establish a good society. It’s message has been twisted and makes us divide into cliques. One day true bible teachers will teach the bible and people will obey God. Then things will get better.
