Today in many markets, Medicaid patients find it nearly impossible to seek a medical subspecialist. Most patients have to go to hospital clinics and wait weeks at a time to get an appointment with a specialist.

Hummm I am among The Old... : ) Hahaha and I don't find this to be true.. I have had to date..... No Issues with my policy changing .... or having new limits ... nor have I seen increases in cost.... or in any way limiting who I see and for what. I do find it iteresting that Other Countries ( No Less Than 19 Industrialized Nations ) are not seeing this issue.. But Then Again It was a report on Fox News wasn't it??

BTW I too live in West Florida. Though I am happy to say I Live In South West Florida .. anyway there are numerous oncologist of all definitions within 15 minutes of my house.. That said The Nearest Major Metropolitan City is Tampa 1.5 hours away.. No Doubt they have them by the hundreds?? OK .. at LEAST 100!
So to summarize, for the less advantaged .. I do not live in a major metro area and we have all kinds of medical specialist in our area.. If you live in the sticks, you NEVER had any and you will never have any..

Am 15 minutes from Tampa and the news everyday has doctors and different hospitals dropping ObamaCare left and right. By the time it's fully set up there might be a handful left so if that's want you want grab it, not me!

I have 2 daughters In Management Positions with a Major Hospital and I am not hearing that from them either. An i***t???
Had day surgery yesterday and every nurse and doctor tells me the exact opposite. Many are already losing their drug coverage and deductibles in most cases have tripled and it's not even close to being in full swing. Now this is only one hospital (St. Anthony's)
