Class act as usual! Not!!!!
He is a laughing stock to the whole country and world and really is a legend in his own mind.

And who could be more arrogant than someone speaking for the whole country?

Saw the picture of that scene, and thought it was very juvenile for world leaders to behave that way.

Why? The are people just like anyone else. Funerals and memorials are boring so why not?

Good thing World leaders are not subject to your approval.
Despite the original posts' description of the act President Obama is accused of doing, he is not taking a "selfie". The very definition of the term eliminates that possiblity. He is not the only recipient of the shot being taken.
You all may continue to make a tempest out of a teapot, but your premise is misguided/wrong.
He's taking a photo of himself with two close US allies. Since major media organizations, including the Chicago Tribune, have fired all photographers due to the flood of phone shots that give them material for free,, why would Obama not take this photo?
At least it didn't cost the US taxpayers a dime, which can't be said for George W. Bush's "Mission Accomplished" photo using a US Navy aircraft carrier group, which costs US taxpayers about $10,000 a minute, as a backdrop.
And I wasn't at the service-I have heard it was a rather happy remembrance of a man who lived into his 90s and had a profoundly positive impact on his nation. Again, it didn't cost US taxpayers $10,000 a minute like "Mission Accomplished" photo op did.
George W Bush was also at the service, I wonder what he has to say about it?

A silly and inaccurate post for several reasons. First, it is not a "selfie". A selfie is a photo of one person...not three. Second, the camera phone is the property of the Danish Prime Minister. The correct description for this is "a group selfie taken by Schmidt."

Your response is indicative of the moral decay of this world. Some times you NEED to act like an adult.

I've been to many funerals and memorials the last few years. I didn't have a problem with the adults at such occasions enjoying their good memories/stories of the deceased.
Sorrow is not the only emotion to be seen or heard on such occasions.

It didn't appear to me that they were enjoying good memories of the deceased, but what do i know. I wasn't there.

I appreciate and understand what you're saying. I wasn't there, either, and can't vouch for their behavior.
But, I have had a good laugh at many memorials or funerals, upon hearing a funny story or memory brought to my attention. I never considered that as disrespectful or rude, and it never stopped me from being appropriately sad or sorrowful with the occasion. The deaths of family or friends bring a number of emotions to their services, is all I'm saying.
As far as photos, I suspect, if it were someone I might not
see often, I would get a picture taken...at some point.

It is amazing the lies the progressive marxist mind is willing to accept in order to promote failure as success. Some might even call it a 'Mental Illness'.
