My two hot little hands are more than willing to help thaw your frozen breast. No charge, just a humanitarian effort ya' know.

Refreshments are ready to be faxed over as soon as the go-ahead is received.

2 kegs of home made beer have just been faxed.

Hmmm, one is suppose to thaw a frozen breast in the refrigerator, though the style could be interesting.

Someone once told me to place it in the sink filled with cold water, to help thawing. I've never had to deal with such a dilemma, I wish you the best of luck.

That also works with legs, and thighs. As long as they are sealed water tight.

Thaw breast side down, in an unopened wrapper, with enough cold water to cover your turkey completely.
Change water every 30 minutes to keep the turkey chilled.
Estimate a minimum thawing time of 30 minutes per lb.

I just checked my breast. It seems to be sixty per cent thawed. ***big thankful sigh issuing forth*** It should be ready for cooking tomorrow.
