Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz are NOT eligible at all, because neither one are natural born citizens. For the life of me I cannot understand why this is so hard to understand by some people on this site that should know better.

You should research more about her, I guarantee you'll change your mind. She's no constitutional scholar, she's a real estate attorney, and has a very sketchy past. From what I remember off the top of my head, she and her husband (ex-husband now) were linked to a murder investigation and ties to the mafia. I forget now how it all went down. Like I said, if you're interested, it's a fun research project. I just mostly remember after my research of her, I wouldn't and don't, trust a word out her mouth. She doesn't even show up on my radar when it comes to making a case in regards to NBC.

I understand what you're saying. It's just ya know how some people like to say that NBC isn't defined in the constitution, and all that... and the typical response to that is; well of course not, it's not a dictionary. All one needs to do is go to the sources that our founders would've used to define the term. William B****stone is a good person to start with. The definition even precedes him. Call me a geek if you want lol, but it's a topic I enjoy discussing and reading about.

I disagree with your source because I've seen online correspondence by Alexander Hamilton to George Washington, regarding the requirements for the Presidency in Article 2, stating that (and I'm paraphrasing here) "... a President must be born a USA Citizen..." and John Jay writing Washington and stating (and here again I'm paraphrasing) "... and we should use the term Natural Born USA Citizen..." to sound more emphatic... And this is why Our USA Constitution states "Natural Born Citizen" and not merely "USA Citizen"... For emphasis of what the Founders' thinking was, not to use a scholar's interpretation of "a Citizen"...
