I was contacted by (microsoft) rep from India, to inform me I had a problem with my computer.
I asked, which one, I have three. Replied, yes you have a problem----- went round and round
I finally asked do you think I'm stupid, waited a few seconds and hung up.
10 seconds later phone rings, I answer and find out this rep had called back
and his command of the English language had much improved, or maybe
he was just better at MFn CSn etc. he was very verbose, I laughed into the
phone and hung up again.
I have received more of these calls wanting to fix my puter.
I get a kick out of them, they don't know s**t about computers.
Sounds like the same guy, I try to waste their time and piss them off,
The last call I received was to inform me of a refund from (microsoft india).
I was elated beyond words, and was anxious to get my refund.
Too bad they were unable to do it with PayPal. They just wanted a bit
too much info. This time I was in a shorter mood and gave him an earful
and hung up. All of these callers sounded like the same person to me
but those Indians kinda do that. Haven't been bothered, been about
three months now.

I go through this about twice a year with CenturyLink when they screw up our service because of the morons running our local provider office. I can really feel his pain.
