Snarly, snarky...GGGRRRRGGGGRRRRR, not because of you. I have to do two dozen deviled eggs. So far eight of the boiled eggs have TOTALLY fallen into pieces during peeling. UncleE is not disturbed as he just mashed them and spread them on bread.

You need to go to Bed, Bath, & Beyond, and get the tupper-ware like boiled egg forms. I just crack the eggs, pour them into the egg forms, screw the top on, and let them boil. When done, they pop out, fully formed, and no peeling to do! Unscrew the top, of course, to assure they "pop" out. Spray the forms with Pam beforehand!

The ony drawback is: They sometimes are more oblong than oval, but still work. Using the egg forms allows one to avoid peeling after boiling. I use them all the time. :mrgreen:

So your deviled eggs bedeviled you. I think that is fair play. I react much the same way any time some one tries to devil my eggs. Perhaps you should glare at the eggs, prior to boiling, to let them know who's boss. Either that or only use timid eggs. That makes for a more apeeling egg.
