Trump On FBI Probe: Proves System 'R****d' You Can't Review 650,000 New Emails In 8 Days

By Solange Reyner / Sunday, 06 Nov 2016 / Newsmax

Donald Trump on Sunday criticized James Comey for his announcement that the FBI had not changed its conclusion regarding her emails, telling a crowd in Michigan that it was hard to believe the agency could review "650,000 new emails in eight days."

"Right now, she is being protected by a r****d system. It's a totally r****d system. I've been saying it for a long time," said Trump.

Comey on Oct. 28 told Congress that the FBI would review its investigation into how Clinton handled classified information on her private server after agents found additional emails on the computer of former Congressman Anthony Weiner, the estranged husband of Clinton’s top aide Huma Abedin.

But Comey, who came under fire for his decision to notify Congress so close to the e******n, wrote Sunday that the FBI investigative team reviewed all of the communications found, and “based on our review, we have not changed our conclusions that we expressed in July with respect to Secretary Clinton.”

ABC News reported that the FBI found duplicates in the emails and no new information.

Politico: Clinton Forwarded Classified Email to Chelsea

By Eric Mack / Friday, 04 Nov 2016 / Newsmax

Hillary Clinton forwarded an email to her daughter Chelsea in 2009, which is now deemed classified by the State Department, according to documents released Friday, as reported by Politico.

The email was sent from the Democratic p**********l nominee to her daughter's private email in December 2009, but it is unknown if the email stamped "confidential" should have been treated as classified before it was forwarded.

"The portion of this email that was upgraded was provided to the Department by former Secretary Clinton back in December 2014," State Department spokesman John Kirby told Politico. "It was upgraded to confidential — the lowest level of classification — and released in October 2015 during our regular productions of approximately 52,000 pages of former Secretary Clinton’s emails.

"As to whether emails were classified at the time they were sent, the State Department in the [Freedom of Information Act] process is focusing on whether information needs to be protected today."

The email was among 74 documents released by the State Department on Friday, amid an FOIA court order. Two of those emails were newly upgraded to "confidential," according to Politico.

"We were ordered by the court to process 350 pages of material received from the FBI by [Friday] . . . and have met that requirement," Kirby wrote in a statement, according to the report.

The State Department generally uses "confidential" classifications on materials requested under FOIA to "withhold sensitive diplomatic communications," according to Politico, which also reported "such information is routinely handled outside classified channels at State, although it's unclear whether State's rules officially sanction that practice."
