But FBI Criminal Investigation of Clinton Foundation Continues

WASHINGTON – FBI Director James Comey blinked on Sunday – once again, closing the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s email policies.
Comey made half the country angry with him when he closed the criminal investigation of Democratic p**********l candidate Hillary Clinton months ago, despite acknowledging she lied to the agency, lied about not passing classified information on her personal, insecure server and broke counter-espionage laws for which others are serving prison time.
He got the other half of the country angry at him when he reopened the criminal investigation just over a week ago.
Now, amid pressure from the Justice Department and, reportedly, from President Barack Obama, he has closed the case again, he announced to Congress Sunday.
In a letter sent to House and Senate committee leaders, Comey said FBI agents had completed their review of all messages to or from Clinton on a laptop seized last month from former Rep. Anthony Weiner, the estranged husband of a Clinton aide, and had found nothing worthy of prosecution.
“Based on our review, we have not changed our conclusions that we expressed in July with respect to Secretary Clinton,” Comey wrote. “I am very grateful to the professionals at the FBI for doing an extraordinary amount of high-quality work in a short-period of time.”

The disclosure, just two days before E******n Day, could undercut a boost Donald Trump appeared to enjoy in some polls taken after Comey’s disclosure late last month about the newly-discovered set of email messages.
Clinton’s campaign immediately claimed that Comey’s latest missive put to rest any new concerns about the email issue.
“We’re glad this matter is resolved,” Clinton communications director Jennifer Palmieri said.
Not so fast, said Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus. He pointed out quickly that an active criminal investigation of the Clinton Foundation presumably continues.
“The FBI’s findings from its criminal investigation of Hillary Clinton’s secret email server were a damning and unprecedented indictment of her judgment. The FBI found evidence Clinton broke the law, that she placed highly classified national security information at risk and repeatedly lied to the American people about her reckless conduct. None of this changes the fact that the FBI continues to investigate the Clinton Foundation for corruption involving her tenure as secretary of state. Hillary Clinton should never be president.”
Last week, Fox News cited two sources with intimate knowledge of the FBI’s investigations as saying the agency’s probes into the Clinton Foundation continue to be a “very high priority” among local agents on the ground.
Agents have interviewed and re-interviewed multiple people on the foundation case, which is looking into possible pay-for-play interaction between then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Foundation. The FBI’s White Collar Crime Division is handling the investigation.
Comey threw the p**********l contest into an uproar and unleashed a firestorm of criticism from inside and outside his own ranks after he told Congress on Oct. 28 that he’d instructed investigators to take steps to examine new evidence in the Clinton email probe. It soon emerged that the new evidence was a trove of email messages found on a laptop the FBI obtained during a probe into alleged sexting with a minor by Weiner.
Top Justice Department officials, including Attorney General Loretta Lynch, had counseled Comey against sending the letter. They warned that doing so violated a Justice Department tradition of not taking such politically sensitive steps in the 60 days before an e******n.
Among those who joined in the chorus of criticism of Comey was Obama.
Trump, however, seized on Comey’s original letter to lawmakers as proof of Clinton’s corruption, and he warned v**ers that the former secretary of state would likely be found guilty soon after taking office.
The Republican nominee also heaped praise on Comey himself.
“It took guts for Director Comey to make the move that he made, in light of the kind of opposition he had, where they’re trying to protect her from criminal prosecution,” he told a Michigan rally on Oct. 31. “He’s gotta hang tough. A lot of people want him to do the wrong thing. What he did was the right thing.”

FBI Director James Comey came out today saying he doesn’t have much new on Hillary, after all. This confirms everything Mr. Trump has said all along about our politics. The problem is that there are currently people in jail for things that Hillary has done en masse. This confirms to anyone awake that the corruption penetrates to unfathomable levels, and that Mr. Comey (who originally said there was “no way” his investigators could read 650,000 emails prior to E******n Day) suddenly reversed his story in the face of threats, pressure and God only knows what else.
The Clinton Foundation will spin this to say Hillary did nothing wrong, but this message from Comey does not indicate the investigation into her emails is closed. We should also remember that the FBI investigation into the Clinton Foundation’s pay-for-play scandal is still very much alive.
We know that her foundation took money from foreign governments, and she lived lavishly off of it, allotting only 6 percent of donations to go to charity while abusing the other 93 percent of monies intended for charity.
We know she gave her maid copies of classified documents and risked the safety and security of Americans. We know she gave her daughter, Chelsea, classified information, too. All of that is likely indictable, according to legal experts.
Somehow, the FBI was able to examine 650,000 emails found on Anthony Weiner’s sexting computer in just one week. This is reminiscent of the FBI’s questioning of Hillary Clinton over a holiday weekend and then recommending no indictment just a couple of days later.
There was clearly a directive from on high for FBI Director Comey to come to a (predetermined) conclusion before E******n Day. On Oct. 28, he had announced he was reopening the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s email server scandal.
Mr. Comey’s recapitulation of his former capitulation is evidence of nothing other than the depths of collusion and corruption within the Clinton Foundation, campaign and the smarmy tentacles that reach into every part of D.C.’s expansive bureaucracy.
Going back to the Rose Law firm scandal, to cattle futures, to the bimbo eruptions and all the way through B******i and until now, the Clinton corruption has redefined “illegal” to mean only punishable if you haven’t destroyed the evidence. Hillary is masterful at this. From BleachBit to hammers, nothing is beneath her. She will go as low as the lowest criminal to be certain she isn’t caught. What did she do to get Comey to reverse his story with 40 hours remaining in her p**********l campaign?
This means a v**e for Donald Trump is more imperative than ever.
Mr. Trump has the momentum. The enthusiasm and the undecided v**ers are flocking to the outsider candidate because Hillary’s corruption is undeniable, even to her own supporters.
The problem that is lost on the “useful i***ts” of the country is that the FBI lacks the authority to indict, and the reality is that the State Department and the DOJ are so corrupted and under the thumb of the Clinton Cartel, that they will not do their jobs. I am not a lawyer, but a cursory glance at the people in prison for lesser crimes proves a sinister underlining in all of this that will mire the Clintons in controversy for decades to come. Hillary isn’t free for lack of evidence that she did something illegal. She is free because she has so corrupted the system that the authorities won’t go after her.
Never before in our lifetimes has so much depended on a national e******n.
Not only is Hillary corrupt, but the entire Obama/Clinton regime is unprecedented in its corruption and pollution of our federal bureaucracies. They are far, far above the law at this point, and will only be more brazen and abusive if elected.
Obama essentially said i******s won’t get in trouble if they v**e this week. He not only lied to use people based upon their skin color, but some say this could be yet another illegal statement in a swamp of corruption that is so deep and dirty, even wonks like me have lost track.
