i am very interested in the government and what they should stand for, but do not,& how we can help make things the way they were intended by our forefathers to be. Got any ideas?

Yes a few, but they involve thinking long and hard about what they are. To start, think about the Constitution and how far we have become removed from it; partcularly mentally, removed, when every president since any one of them who thought that the people needed control. has done his very best to wrest control of the people and government from us.
One could start with Drugs Laws, and the draconian enforcement of such laws as takes place today in our society. Which are aided and abetted by nothing more than PROPAGANDA; which is promulgated by those who want to control their markets from competition. As in the case of WRHearst.
The only thing the Food and Drug Administration should be doin is check on their purity, content and reactions or responses, not regulating their use, or non-use. Publish the results of such tests in our local newspapers, pamplhets, etc.
