Obama And Lynch Make EMERGENCY Move To Block FBI’s New Hillary Investigation…

As you know by now, the FBI has reopened the Hillary Clinton investigation partially because of emails discovered on her aide Huma Abedin’s on a laptop that she shares with her now-estranged husband, former New York Congressman Anthony Weiner.

Abedin reportedly has said she does not know how tens of thousands of emails related to the FBI investigation of her boss’ personal server were found on her laptop.

Yeah, we believe that one. What a joke.

So what do the democrats do now? They break out the big guns, namely Obama’s Attorney General- LORETTA LYNCH.

You see, the FBI needs a search warrant from Lynch in order to proceed with the investigation.

Lynch won't do it. So corrupt.

My friend and colleague Carmine Sabia at BizPac Review reports that a senior law enforcement official told Yahoo News that the FBI doesn’t have a warrant to read the emails contained on the laptop of former N.Y. Sen. Anthony Weiner.

When FBI Director James Comey informed Congress that the bureau reopened the case into Hillary Clinton’s email server, he may not have read any of the emails from the computer of top Clinton aide Huma Abedin’s estranged husband.

Attorney General Loretta Lynch has not given the FBI a search warrant to examine the emails, according to an exclusive report by Yahoo News.

The letter to lawmakers was written when Comey “had no idea what was in the content of the emails,” an official familiar with the case said.

The FBI was still seeking a search warrant from the Justice Department as of Saturday night.

“We do not have a warrant,” a senior law enforcement official told Yahoo News. “Discussions are under way [between the FBI and the Justice Department] as to the best way to move forward.”

And Lynch attempted to prevent Director Comey from reopening the case and sending the notice to Congress.

Comey went ahead and did it anyways.

He did the right thing.

These scumbags all should be behind bars.

Don-I believe Comey is having second thoughts about going along with the original sham in protecting Hillary. He realizes that he should have recommend prosecution and let AG Lynch do her job. As it is, he took the rap and AG Lynch did not have to make any decision on the case as she went along with Comey. Does anyone really believe this was not pre-arranged ?? If there are such naive people posting here, please explain the Bill Clinton visit on the tarmac and what probably took place. Comey probably was under the impression that, with her record, Hillary did not have a chance at winning. He did not expect that so many v**ers are either uninformed, rabid supporters, or just plain stupid and that Hillary, a potentially indictable criminal could be POTUS. I have to believe that there are classified emails on the Weiner computer. The question should be how can there not be classified material on Anthony's and Huma's laptop ?? Good Luck America !!!

So, ya think there might be a little bit of shenanigans going on here? Obstruction of justice sounds about right to me. The lady holding the scales is blindfolded for a reason. this is not new - did Comey tell congress what he tought, with his indictment statements and then appear to let her off the hook but knowing that somewhere they would somehow find the deleted emails still intact and sink the the c***ting Clintons ship...I think so because no crook will destroy info that could in time when they had control increase their nest egg 1000 fold. The other leg could be that Huma was keeping her own black mail trove to sink Hillary's ship when she tired of Huma and kicked her bed warmer out.
