Any govt electronic messages of any type will only be processed on and stored on authorized govt equipment. Even using a Private server is illegal. It doesn't matter if the information is not classified. We have a process called "FOIA" which will only work if the information requested is on a govt system. Once Hillary was leaving her position as Sec of State all of her official message were to be kept on file with the state department. However there were none at all because Hillary had been using her own private server. So she said she would determine which were official and which were private. However, that's not her job. She can't determine which are which all of them were to be stored on the govt server. Then there were some that had something to do with Bill Clinton's money laundering scheme called the Clinton foundation. Hilary could not use her official position to sell favors but it seems like she was. Since she could not sell favors to foreign country's the country would pay a bunch of money to the Clinton money laundering for a speech then Hillary would give that country of govt official an audience. So it is all tangled up and needs to be separated. Hillary could have not used her own unauthorized server she could have turned them all in instead of after being ordered to turn in the e-mails to congress she still deleted them not only did she delete them she used a program called "bleach bit" which means they are totally gone and can never be recovered. But Antony Weiner who was being investigated for sexting under aged girls had all of Hillary's e-mails for the last 5 years which was because his wife is Hillary's main adviser. So all of the 33,000 e-mails that the dems thought were out of reach are all there. Like a nice ripe peach h*****g low on the branch.
