Reminds me the story of the six foot five Texan who died in Seattle. He was too big to fit into any of the stock coffins and the new man working for the mortician asked what to do. The mortician, a professional with years of experience turned to his new employee and said "he's a Texan son, just give him an enema and we can bury him in a shoe box."
