The Senate, just like the House, v**ed the Patient Protection and Affordable Healthcare Act into existence without ever having read the bill. That was while the Democrats held majorities in all three elected branches of our government. Nancy Pelosi infamously said of it, "We have to pass it before we can tell you what's in it."
Well, now we are being told what is in it and we don't like it. The bill is being retracted one bit at the time. Sooner or later, good sense will prevail and the Congress will go along with Senator Cruz.
The mandate at the heart of Ocare law is actually a tax on the middle class. His promise not to tax the middle class was a deception at the very heart of his healthcare law. Insurance premiums are sky rocketing, employers are dumping workers from their healthcare plans, there is trillions in new debt and it hasn't even taken full effect. It is designed to fail as a setup for complete Gov. takeover of industry, everybodys' lives
V**ed down, for the 36th time.
Give me a break!!
Why don't they spent their time on USUFUL things.
Ted Cruse is an i***t.

It was originally intended to be a fee or a fine, but then President Obama's minions discovered that would make the law unconstitutional so they started referring to it as a tax. Either way, it is onerous and should be repealed. It is, in effect, a tax on your very existence as a citizen of the United States.
