Got the email about five minutes ago. I answered an add on craigslist a couple of weeks ago for a 2012 F-350 Super Duty the guy was looking to trade straight up for a utility tractor. The truck is nice, no body damage, 6.7 liter power stroke V-8 with 11,000 miles and some change, leather interior, power everything, 4WD, standard t***smission with "granny". 1 ton tow package with duel axle, in bed fifth wheel, and its black. I happened to have a Kubota L4330 with all attachments, bucket, forks, bale pin, and back hoe. Worth about $37,000. The truck is worth about $43,000 so he wanted a bit more. I offered my bush hog attachment, about $1500, not quite there so I threw in my Kubota T1770 riding lawn mower.
Deal done! I will load it all on my trailer tonight and be gone to Madison tomorrow. SWEET! I will post pictures soon.

Yeah, and I got it slightly under value, (blue book is $43,500) I can use my fifth wheel trailer again, my pup broke over a year ago and my 1999 F-250 SD is on its last legs. 247,000 miles (rounded). I have to get a new riding lawnmower though.

250,000 is about average isn't it but it all depends what the truck has been used for but 10 years, you got good use out of it. I weigh the new lawn mower vs having it done and well it's mowed at $75 a month. I sorted of missed mowing at first.

I really liked that lawnmower though. Out of ten acres I have to mow around 2.7 acres. I am not doing that with my push mower. The good side, my wife loves the truck so I can upgrade my mower.

I loaded everything on the trailer earlier, Terri is looking forward to a trip together and the grand parents are giving us a free night so ROAD TRIP. My little brother is coming along to drive my rig back but we have a night to ourselves, and get to drive the new truck back. My wife and I rarely get time like this. We are going to take advantage of it. I honestly can not tell what I am looking forward to the most, the new truck, or time alone with my wife. Come on, time alone with my wife of course. We both work so much that it just never seems to happen.

Super nice truck ghost. my buddy has an F350 with the 6.7 power stroke. He put a programmer on it. One of the tune settings will bump it to 600hp and 1000ft torque. Its insane. What are you going to cut the grass with now? You traded all your tractors.

The grass cutting is a dilemma that I can put off for awhile. I mowed not to long ago and it has been really nice here for the past few days but the weather is changing. I can always borrow 10 of my neighbors sheep for a month or so if it gets drastic LOL. The grass is still nice and green where I live so they can fatten up nicely while they are at it. Just have to aerate really good to get rid of the millions of little black poop pellets. I have been wanting a zero turn for awhile, now I have an excuse to buy one. Sad thing is my wife probably will shut that down until next year. God I like new toys.

I have a Bully Dog module so I plan on doing the same thing to boost power. This truck has a duel 1 ton rear axle and I can light them up on concrete
