I will apologize because you sound so certain and I do not know for sure. Even when I looked it up, I am still not sure. For the sake of our continued civility, I will admit that I should not have said anything unless I was positive beyond doubt. I thought we only have one world, therefore to make it possessive of "problems" then it would be world's .... As I said, the positioning of both apostrophes indicates a plural. More than one Obammy, more than one world. I AM positive. I am always right, except for when I'm not.
