A Chinese proverb says, May you live in interesting times. We certainly do. Historians will look back on this time as the Obama criminal years.
How lawless is the Obama administration? Many of the dirty deeds and scandals of Obama & Co. are public knowledge. Lets start with the most astonishing.
Many citizens are aware that because of ObamaCare, millions of Americans are losing their health care coverage. Is this incompetence, or criminal fraud?
One thing is certain: it would be fraud if a private sector CEO knew that millions of customers would lose their insurance, yet repeated the same lie over and over -- If you like your health insurance, you can keep it. Period.
Why would we not hold a politician to the same standard?
That brings up the question IS THIS PRESIDENT TOO BIG TO JAIL?
But this fraud isnt just about money and power. Its about cancer patients, our fellow citizens who may lose their lives as well as their health care coverage because of ObamaCare.
Even innocent children with cancer are among the victims of ObamaCare.
Yes, it turns out ObamaCare is one big death panel. With their policies being cancelled, these sick Americans are losing the very doctors, hospitals and treatments that have kept them alive.
What if some of them die from the stoppage of treatment? What if some die from stress and worry? What if some commit suicide from depression?
These are complicated questions. But isnt the person whose lies and misrepresentations harmed them, at least partly responsible for their deaths?

This president has no shame. How many Americans know that a cancer patient merely discussing the disastrous ramifications of ObamaCare in public (thereby embarrassing Obama), is now being persecuted by the IRS?
Yes, its true. Bill Elliott is that terminally-ill cancer patient. He was audited by the IRS within days of an appearance on Fox News.
The IRS scandal is far more widespread than the American public knows. It is not just about Tea Party groups.
The IRS was used by Obama to go after any citizen daring to criticize him in the national media.
Im one of those victims. These actions by a president are absolutely criminal. Richard Nixons articles of impeachment included the exact same charge of using the IRS to punish critics and silence free speech. But terminally ill cancer patients?
Obama has sunk to new lows. I'm a big boy. What he did to critics like me is d********g and un-American. But what he did to a terminally ill cancer patient is disgraceful and unimaginable. This president is an out-of-control bully, pure and simple.

But wait (as late night infomercial pitchmen like to say), Theres more. When the citizens went to the "state of the art" ObamaCare web site for help, to try to save themselves, they found it defective.
It turns out the website was built so poorly, the personal information of consumers can be easily stolen. And its not just online s**m artists were worried about. The Obama navigators themselves might do the stealing -- after all, it turns out many of them have criminal records.
Rather than hiring one of many highly-qualified American high tech Internet companies, why would Obama give a NO BID contract for hundreds of millions of dollars to a firm with less than stellar credentials?
Surely the reason couldnt be that its the firm of one of Michelle Obamas Princeton Black Alumni Association buddies?
Dont you wonder how many of those millions of taxpayer dollars are committed to Democrat causes, or are now sitting in a Swiss bank account?
Can you imagine if this happened at a private sector company?
Can you imagine the outrage and criminal accusations coming from consumer protection advocates?
Can you imagine how quickly the federal government would shut down the business?
The criminal would have been perp walked out of his office in front of waiting journalists and photographers. Hed be facing a lifetime in prison.

As bad as it is, ObamaCare is just another of the nonstop scandals of this administration. Any one of these scandals would have already forced a Republican president out of office. Obama owns all of them.
B******i. More absurd lies than ObamaCare, a possible arms deal with rebels gone bad, and the cover-up of murder.
Fast and Furious. Another government arms deal gone bad, responsibility for the murder of a U.S. border guard, another blatant cover-up.
The NSA scandal. Obama listens into all of our calls and communications. I hope hes listening to mine. Hell hear the word IMPEACHMENT come up in every sentence.
The AP scandal. Obama and paranoid buddies like Attorney General Eric Holder are even illegally spying on their adoring Kool-Aid drinking friends in the media.
The IRS scandal. Its not just about targeting his political opposition. Its about the much more serious scandal of using the IRS to change the outcome of the e******n. Obamas goal was to neutralize the powerful Tea Parties to prevent a repeat of the 2010 GOP landslide.
Guess what? It worked.
Obama used the IRS to k**l conservative momentum, intensity, and enthusiasm, silence criticism in the media, and starve conservative fundraising. These guys put the "thug" in Chicago.
The Census Bureau scandal. It appears government employees f**ed the unemployment numbers in the weeks leading up to the e******n to re-elect a president who wouldnt know what a job looked like, if it hit him in the face.
How could one leader be involved in this many lies, frauds, scandals, and cover-ups? Theres enough here for a century of presidents!
Forget impeachment, its time for criminal prosecution. Theres enough here to put a CEO away for multiple life sentences. Bernie Madoff would blush at what Obama has pulled off (so far).

Obama fraud probe takes a turn that could be universe shattering

PHOENIX Mike Zullo, lead investigator of the Maricopa County Sheriffs Office Cold Case Posse, said their investigation into Obamas fraudulent documents has taken a new twist.
Zullo said new evidence, which he says goes way beyond just a fraudulently created birth certificate is beyond the pale of anything you can imagine, and stated when its released to the public, possibly as early as March, it will be universe-shattering.
Zullo said the Maricopa County Sheriffs Office is now involved and could result in criminal charges being filed.
Because it is an ongoing investigation, Zullo said he cannot reveal any more information at this time but called their findings more nefarious than you can imagine.
Meanwhile, conspiracy theories have been cropping up about the death of Loretta Fuddy, Hawaii Health Department chief, after she was reported as the only fatality in a plane crash off the coast of Molokai last week with eight other people on board.
Fuddy purportedly waived state prohibitions for Obama in order to provide him with a copy of his long form birth certificate.
Document experts, including Reed Hayes, who has testified as an expert witness for the Perkins Coie law firm, which has defended Obama in a multitude of eligibility lawsuits, have all concluded the long form birth certificate presented to the public on April 27, 2011 by the White House is fraudulent.
Hayes came to the conclusion the birth certificate is a 100 percent forgery and was not a scan of a document but one that was digitally manufactured by utilizing material from various sources.
During an interview with Carl Gallups, talk radio host with the PPSimmons News and Ministry Network, Zullo stated the plane crash in which Fuddy was k**led appears to be a tragic accident rather than foul play.
Neither he nor Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio believes her death was in any way connected to any nefarious circumstances.
While acknowledging her death was a tragedy, Zullo stated it also does not affect their investigation, which he said does not hinge on Fuddy.
Zullo said, If people truly believe that her untimely demise was somehow related to an attempt to silence her for what she may or may not know, then there are several more people in Hawaii who should be very concerned.
Although the case was initially assigned to the Cold Case Posse before the 2012 e******n after more than 200 citizens signed a petition at a Surprise Tea Party meeting to have Arpaio look into Obamas eligibility, MCSO is now actively involved because, according to Zullo, the investigation was moving in a direction that was not anticipated by us.
Zullo said he is grateful to Arpaio for sticking with the investigation and stated, He knows in his gut that something is wrong.
An eligibility case, for which Zullo has provided an affidavit, is still pending before Judge Roy Moore in the Alabama Supreme Court.

Admittedly, I dont get a lot of my news from Fox News. But when I saw this headline Wednesday, Non-citizens caught v****g in 2012 p**********l e******n in key swing state, well, lets just say they had me at non-citizens caught v****g.
Like Mitt Romney weeks later, and Karl Rove on e******n night, Fox has its own way of spinning the 2012 e******n. But hey, if v***r f***d cost Romney Ohio, thats big news bigger than President Obama being born in Kenya, bigger than Obamacare as the worst government disaster ever, bigger than B******i, bigger than Obamas uncle whom he did/didnt know, bigger than, well, you get the Fox(y) idea.
After all, youll remember that it was Foxs call of Ohio going to Obama that set Rove off on e******n night, and sent anchor Megyn Kelly tromping through the newsroom demanding an explanation from the networks own pollsters.
YEAR IN REVIEW: Politicians' lamest apologies in 2013
So I couldnt help myself. Yes, I clicked. Yes, I read. And no, my eyeballs didnt bleed.
But in the end Im sorry to report to all the conspiracy theorists and impeach Obama wingnuts theres not much there there. Having been baited into reading, I found myself caught in the switch: Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted announced Wednesday that his office found 17 non-citizens illegally cast b****ts in the 2012 p**********l e******n and has referred the case for possible prosecution.
Yep. Seventeen. Seventeen noncitizens, yes, but still...
Now, Fox reporter Eric Shawn characterized the announcement this way: The alleged crime would be a notable case of v***r f***d in a key swing state.
Notable, huh?
I decided to dig a little, well, deeper. I went to Ohios results in the 2012 p**********l v**e. Barack Obama: 2,697,260 v**es; Mitt Romney: 2,593,779 v**es.
Which, according to my trusty calculator, means Obama won by 103,481 v**es. Which, according to common sense, means that those 17 questionable v**es wouldnt have quite put ole Mitt over the top. (Im assuming, of course, that all 17 went for Obama. After all, Republicans never fudge results wink wink, nudge nudge, know what I mean, Florida, eh, 2000, say no more, eh?)
Oh, yes, and for a little more perspective: Ohios 18 e*******l college v**es were part of Obamas total of 332. Romneys total was 206. Lets see: If Romney had won Ohio (uh, 206 + 18, carry the 1, thats, uh, 224!); nope, still not quite enough, Mitt. But thanks for playing!
Really, though, folks, cant we just throw this v**er-fraud red-state red herring back? Romney lost fair and square. So did John McCain in 2008. V****g by noncitizens didnt matter. And no, there werent millions of people v****g multiple times for Obama either.
Its like GOP Sen. Bob Corker of Tennessee tweeted about fellow Republican Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas: I didnt go to Harvard or Princeton, but I can count.

The lead investigator in Sheriff Joe Arpaios Cold Case Posse investigation of President Obamas birth certificate says the case has taken a startling turn, and sheriffs investigators now are assisting the Cold Case volunteers.
When this information is finally exposed to the public, it will be universe-shattering, Mike Zullo told WND. This is beyond the pale of anything you can imagine.
Zullo explained that because its an active investigation that could produce criminal charges, hes unable to reveal details at the moment.
But the allegations, he said, which go far beyond a fraudulent birth certificate, could be public as early as March.
The issue arose once again because of the death Wednesday in Hawaii of state Health Department chief Loretta Fuddy in a plane crash. She was the official who waived state prohibitions and provided to the White House a copy of a document that Obama presented to the public as his birth certificate.
Its the document that Arpaios investigators have concluded is fraudulent.
Amid conspiracy theories circulating the Internet, Zullo told WND Friday that Fuddys death she was the only fatality among nine people aboard a small airplane that crashed off the coast of Molokai appears to be a tragic accident, not foul play.
He said his investigation does not depend on any information from Fuddy.
In an interview today with author and talk-radio host Carl Gallups of PPSimmons News and Ministry Network and the author of The Magic Man in the Sky, and the new The Rabbi who Found Messiah, Zullo said his investigation of the Obama fraud case does not hinge on Ms. Fuddy.

Zullo has testified that the White House computer image of Obamas birth certificate contains anomalies that are unexplainable unless the document had been fabricated piecemeal by human intervention, rather than being copied from a genuine paper document.
Mr. Obama has, in fact, not offered any verifiable authoritative document of any legal significance or possessing any evidentiary value as to the origins of his purported birth narrative or location of the birth event, he explained. One of our most serious concerns is that the White House document appears to have been fabricated piecemeal on a computer, constructed by drawing together digitized data from several unknown sources.
Zullo also has noted that the governor of Hawaii was unable to produce an original birth document for Obama, and it should have been easy to find.

More recently, Grace Vuoto of the World Tribune reported that among the experts challenging the birth certificate is certified document analyst Reed Hayes, who has served as an expert for Perkins Coie, the law firm that has been defending Obama in eligibility cases.
We have obtained an affidavit from a certified document analyzer, Reed Hayes, that states the document is a 100 percent forgery, no doubt about it, Zullo told the World Tribune.
Mr. Obamas operatives cannot discredit [Hayes], the investigator told the news outlet. Mr. Hayes has been used as the firms reliable expert. The very firm the president is using to defend him on the birth certificate case has used Mr. Hayes in their cases.
The Tribune reported Hayes agreed to take a look at the documentation and called almost immediately.
There is something wrong with this, Hayes said.
Hayes produced a 40-page report in which he says based on my observations and findings, it is clear that the Certificate of Live Birth I examined is not a scan of an original paper birth certificate, but a digitally manufactured document created by utilizing material from various sources.
In over 20 years of examining documentation of various types, I have never seen a document that is so seriously questionable in so many respects. In my opinion, the birth certificate is entirely fabricated, he says in the report.
Investigator Douglas J. Hagmann of the Northeast Intelligence Network reported this month that in October an affidavit was filed in a court case, under seal, that purportedly identifies the creator of the Obama birth certificate.
He said Douglas Vogt, an author and the owner and operator of a scanning business who also has an accounting background, invested over two years in an investigation of the authenticity of document.
Vogt, along with veteran typesetter Paul Ivey, conducted exhaustive research of the document provided to the White House Press Corps on April 27, 2011 not the online PDF, a critical distinction that must be understood, Hagmann said.
Using their combined experience of 80 years in this realm, they conducted extensive examinations of the copy that was used as the basis for the PDF document. They acquired the same type of equipment that was used back in the late 1950s and early 1960s in an attempt to recreate the document presented as an authenticated copy proving the legitimacy of Barack Obama. Instead, they found 20 points of forgery on that document and detail each point of forgery in the affidavit, wrote Hagmann.
Even more interesting, Mr. Vogt claims to have identified the signature of the perpetrator, or the woman who created the forged document, hidden within the document itself. Her identity, in addition to the identity of other conspirators and their precise methods are contained in a sealed document supplementing the public affidavit.
Grounds for impeachment
Last month, WND columnist Christopher Monckton wrote that the controversy he calls Hawaiigate should be the central ground of impeachment.
First, the dishonesty is shameless and in your face. Mr Obamas advisers, once they realized the birth certificate was as bogus as a $3 bill, knew that if they simply went on pretending that $3 bills are legal tender the hard-left-dominated news media would carefully and continuously look the other way, pausing occasionally to sneer at anyone who pointed out that, in this constitutionally crucial respect, the president has no clothes, Monckton wrote.
Secondly, not one of the numerous agencies of state, as well as federal government, whose duty was and is to investigate the Mickey-Mouse birth certificate has bothered even to respond to the thousands of requests for investigation put forward by U.S. citizens.
He said that in Hawaii last year, he watched as a senior former state senator called the police and, when they came, handed over to them compelling evidence that the birth certificate had been forged.
The police, correctly, passed the file to the states attorney general, a Democrat, who did nothing about it, he said.
In Washington, D.C., I watched as a concerned citizen from Texas telephoned the FBI and reported the birth certificate as being a forgery. They said they would send two agents to see him within the hour. No one came.
You tell me about eligibility
One of the highest profile skeptics has been billionaire Donald Trump.
Trump said he cant be certain that Obama is eligible to be president, and he pointedly noted that a reporter who was poking fun at the issue admitted he cant, either.
Trump repeatedly has insisted Obama has not documented his eligibility. At one point, he offered $5 million to the charity or charities of Obamas choice if he would release his passport records and authorize the colleges he attended to release his applications and other records.
Trump argues that those documents would show whether or not Obama ever accepted scholarship or other aid as a foreign student, which could preclude him from being a natural-born citizen.
Trumps conversation with ABCs Jonathan Karl started with Karl noting that Trump took on the not serious issue of eligibility.
Why does that make me not serious? Trump demanded. I think that resonated with a lot of people.
Karl replied: You dont still question he was born in the United States, do you?
I have no idea, Trump said. I dont know. Was there a birth certificate? You tell me. You know some people say that was not his birth certificate. Im saying I dont know. Nobody knows, and you dont know either. Jonathan youre a smart guy, and you dont know.
When Karl admitted he was pretty sure, Trump jumped on the statement.
You just said youre pretty sure you have to be 100 percent sure, he said. Jonathan, you said youre pretty convinced, so lets just see what happens over time.

The lead investigator in Sheriff Joe Arpaios Cold Case Posse investigation of President Obamas birth certificate says the case has taken a startling turn, and sheriffs investigators now are assisting the Cold Case volunteers.
When this information is finally exposed to the public, it will be universe-shattering, Mike Zullo told WND. This is beyond the pale of anything you can imagine.
Zullo explained that because its an active investigation that could produce criminal charges, hes unable to reveal details at the moment.
But the allegations, he said, which go far beyond a fraudulent birth certificate, could be public as early as March.
The issue arose once again because of the death Wednesday in Hawaii of state Health Department chief Loretta Fuddy in a plane crash. She was the official who waived state prohibitions and provided to the White House a copy of a document that Obama presented to the public as his birth certificate.
Its the document that Arpaios investigators have concluded is fraudulent.
Amid conspiracy theories circulating the Internet, Zullo told WND Friday that Fuddys death she was the only fatality among nine people aboard a small airplane that crashed off the coast of Molokai appears to be a tragic accident, not foul play.
He said his investigation does not depend on any information from Fuddy.
In an interview today with author and talk-radio host Carl Gallups of PPSimmons News and Ministry Network and the author of The Magic Man in the Sky, and the new The Rabbi who Found Messiah, Zullo said his investigation of the Obama fraud case does not hinge on Ms. Fuddy.

President Obama's personal data is "not in particular government data bases" so his identity cannot be verified. And this according to White House sources. Huh? What kind of data? And what kind of president cannot have his identity verified. And this little disclosure comes just as Americans are turning off the news to an extent that makes the classic "Friday afternoon data dump" look like publicity-seeking.

But, then they came back to us and said - Wait, he didn't actually enroll. They said his staff did it and that's because of his unique circumstance [obviously] as Commander in Chief. That his personal information is not in particular government data bases. So healthcare.gov could not actually verify his identity, oddly enough... So his staff did it." [emphasis added]
Here are some simple questions:
Does Obama file his tax returns by way of sending staff to a DC IRS building?
If not, why not?
Doesn't the integrity of Obama's tax returns relate to security risks?
Or, is Obama's information in IRS databases and not other federal agency databases accessed by HHS?
If this is true, precisely what other databases accessed by HHS do not contain Obama's information, and why not if his information is in the IRS database?
Are these other databases less secure than IRS databases, and if so in what ways and why?
Alternatively, has the White House just inadvertently acknowledged that there are grave problems related to Obama's identity, and that it is intellectually and/or morally incapable of distinguishing these problems from "genuine" security issues?
Is Obama himself a "security issue" that for some reason doesn't implicate the IRS, and might this in turn have to do with the "phony" IRS scandal?

In the programs first three weeks, the examples of consumers who were unable to enroll in the poorly designed system have grown exponentially, threatening the programs long-term viability.
The cost to taxpayers has risen along with the blundering. CGI Federal, a U.S. subsidiary of the Canadian firm CGI Group, received a no-bid contract with a base value of $55.7 million in 2011 to develop the website. Since then, the potential cost has risen to $292 million, although serious problems remain.
Mr. Obama will hold an event at the White House on Monday to promote the health care program. House Republicans will conduct a hearing Thursday to investigate the reasons for the systems early failures.
A White House official said Sunday that Mr. Obama will directly address the technical problems with HealthCare.gov troubles that he and his team find unacceptable. The official said the president will remind the public that the health care law is about much more than just a website its about finally offering millions of Americans the health care security they deserve and giving new benefits and rights to those who have coverage today.
If ever there were a government job to carry out with care, its the rollout of a program named informally for the president himself. Yet Mr. Obama has resisted calls to hold Mrs. Sebelius or anyone else accountable for the failure.
Even Democrats believe that someone should be taken to the woodshed for Obamacares failures, said Republican strategist Ron Bonjean. The president has been far too kind to those who arent doing their jobs because he has not yet felt political pressure to take action. White House press secretary Jay Carney was careful to say last week that Mr. Obama is focused right now on making sure that HHS fixes the program, leaving open speculation that Mrs. Sebelius or other officials would be removed from their posts.
The accountability the president seeks right now is the accountability that comes from making the system better, improving the process for consumers, fixing the problems that have arisen, and making sure that millions of Americans for whom this program was created are getting the benefits that it provides, Mr. Carney said.
All presidents, fearing an erosion of public support, dislike admitting mistakes. President George W. Bush was mocked widely for praising Michael D. Brown, director of the Federal Emergency Management Agency, for his agencys response to the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina in 2005 with the infamous comment, Brownie, youre doing a heck of a job. Mr. Brown resigned a few days later.
Critics see a pattern in Mr. Obamas management style of avoiding punishment. The presidents casual approach can be summed up in an observation of former Defense Secretary Robert M. Gates, one that Mr. Obama sometimes likes to quote: One thing I can guarantee you is that at this moment, somewhere, somehow, somebody in the federal government is screwing up.
Even during the IRS scandal this year, in which the agency acknowledged targeting tea party groups for extra scrutiny, the presidents executive actions didnt amount to much housecleaning. Mr. Obama ordered Treasury Secretary Jack Lew to obtain the resignation of acting IRS Commissioner Steven Miller, who left May 15. Mr. Millers last day in the post would have been June 8, and most of the problems occurred before he took the helm. Before resigning, Mr. Miller intended to return to his job as a deputy commissioner at the agency.
Lois G. Lerner resigned as head of the IRS exempt-organizations division in September, four months after the scandal broke.
After the B******i affair, in which Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens and three other Americans were k**led during a terrorist attack in Libya, nobody was held accountable. As secretary of state, Hillary Rodham Clinton placed four State Department officials on administrative leave, but they were later allowed to return to their jobs. None of them was responsible for making policy.
The president convened an accountability review board, which found systemic flaws but didnt call for any punishment over security failures.
In the Fast and Furious scandal, Mr. Obama resisted calls for the resignation of Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. Four lower-level Justice officials resigned over the botched gun-walking operation, and several others reportedly were reassigned.
David H. Petraeus resigned as director of the CIA over an extramarital affair in 2012 at the urging of Director of National Intelligence James R. Clapper. White House aide Van Jones resigned in 2009 after revelations about his pre-administration political activities, including outspoken support of convicted cop-k**ler Mumia Abu-Jamal.
Agriculture Department official Shirley Sherrod was forced to resign in 2010 because of the administrations reaction to media reports of speech excerpts that were misconstrued as r****t. She later was asked to return to her post but declined.
This month, the administration fired some top military brass, including a two-star general overseeing the U.S. arsenal of intercontinental ballistic missiles, who was sacked for personal misbehavior. The deputy commander of U.S. Strategic Command, which oversees the nations nuclear arsenal and space operations, was relieved of his post during an investigation into gambling issues. Also, two Marine generals were fired for failing to properly defend a base in Afghanistan from a Taliban attack in 2012.

As a junior U.S. senator from Illinois, Barack Obama used his brief career to essentially snipe at President Bush and others in his administration over what he believed were a series of legal and constitutional abuses.
Most ironically Obama, in 2006, blasted Bush over his approval of warrantless domestic spying by the National Security Agency - spying that has not only continued since then but which was expanded exponentially under Obama. Then as now, both presidents claim authority to do so as commander-in-chief, in defense of the country, and under provisions of the USA Patriot Act.
But unlike Bush, the Obama Administration has been wracked by scandal, several of which have exploded onto headlines within weeks after he was reelected to a second term in November. Here is a list of 20 of the most prominent among them, as documented by veteran White House reporter Keith Koffler):
1. IRS targets Obama's enemies: The IRS targeted conservative and pro-Israel groups prior to the 2012 e******n. Questions are being raised about why this occurred, who ordered it, whether there was any White House involvement and whether there was an initial effort to hide who knew about the targeting and when.
2. B******i: This is actually three scandals in one: The failure of administration to protect the B******i mission; the changes made to the talking points in order to suggest the attack was motivated by an anti-Muslim video; and the refusal of the White House to say what President Obama did the night of the attack.
3. Keeping an eye on The Associated Press: The Justice Department performed a massive cull of Associated Press reporters' phone records as part of a leak investigation.
4. Rosengate: The Justice Department suggested that Fox News reporter James Rosen is a criminal for reporting about classified information and subsequently monitored his phones and emails.
5. Potential Holder perjury I: Attorney General Eric Holder told Congress he had never been associated with "potential prosecution" of a journalist for perjury when in fact he signed the affidavit that termed Rosen a potential criminal.
6. The ATF "Fast and Furious" scheme: Federal agencies allowed weapons from U.S. gun dealers to "walk" across the border into the hands of Mexican drug dealers. The ATF summarily lost track of scores of those weapons, many of which were used in crimes, including the December 2010 k*****g of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry.
7. Potential Holder perjury II: Holder told Congress in May 2011 that he had just recently heard about the Fast and Furious gun walking scheme when there is evidence he may have known much earlier.
8. Sebelius demands payment: HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius solicited donations from companies HHS might regulate. The money would be used to help her sign up uninsured Americans for Obamacare.
9. The Pigford scandal: An Agriculture Department effort that started as an attempt to compensate black farmers who had been discriminated against by the agency but evolved into a gravy train delivering several billion dollars in cash to thousands of additional minority and female farmers who probably didn't face discrimination.
10. GSA gone wild: The General Services Administration in 2010 held an $823,000 training conference in Las Vegas, featuring a clown and a mind readers. Resulted in the resignation of the GSA administrator.
11. Veterans Affairs in Disney World: The agency wasted more than $6 million on two conferences in Orlando. An assistant secretary was fired.
12. Sebelius violates the Hatch Act: A U.S. special counsel determined that Sebelius violated the Hatch Act when she made "extemporaneous partisan remarks" during a speech in her official capacity last year. During the remarks, Sebelius called for the e******n of the Democratic candidate for governor of North Carolina.
13. Solyndra: Republicans charged the Obama Administration funded and promoted its poster boy for g***n e****y despite warning signs the company was headed for bankruptcy. The administration also allegedly pressed Solyndra to delay layoff announcements until after the 2010 midterm e******ns.
14. AKA Lisa Jackson: Former EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson used the name "Richard Windsor" when corresponding by email with other government officials, drawing charges she was trying to evade scrutiny.
15. The New Black Panthers: The Justice Department was accused of using a racial double standard in failing to pursue a v**er intimidation case against Black Panthers who appeared to be menacing v**ers at a polling place in 2008 in Philadelphia.
16. Waging war all by myself: Obama may have violated the Constitution and both the letter and the spirit of the War Powers Resolution by attacking Libya without Congressional approval.
17. Biden bullies the press: Vice President Biden's office has repeatedly interfered with coverage, including forcing a reporter to wait in a closet, making a reporter delete photos, and editing pool reports.
18. AKPD not A-OK: The administration paid millions to the former firm of then-White House adviser David Axelrod, AKPD Message and Media, to promote passage of Obamacare. Some questioned whether the firm was hired to help pay Axelrod $2 million AKPD owed him.
19. Sestak, we'll take care of you: Former White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel used Bill Clinton as an intermediary to probe whether former Rep. Joe Sestak (D-Pa.) would accept a prominent, unpaid White House advisory position in exchange for dropping out of the 2010 primary against former Sen. Arlen Specter (D-Pa.).
20. I'll pass my own laws: Obama has repeatedly been accused of making end runs around Congress by deciding which laws to enforce, including the decision not to deport i*****l i*******ts who may have been allowed to stay in the United States had Congress passed the "Dream Act."
With three-and-a-half years of Obama's second term remaining, there is no telling how many more scandals will erupt.
However, it's important to note that many of these are not "scandals" in the typical sense, but rather the machinations of an imperial president who seeks to "rule" over his "subjects," without their consent.

In the GM bailout, he illegally shortchanged investors who according to bankruptcy laws were first in line to be recompensed; instead, he gave their share to the unions.
Shut down oil drilling in the US, but then turned around and lent $2 billion to Brazil to support their government-controlled oil-drilling effort and then promised the US would become one of Brazils biggest oil customers.
Sued Boeing in an effort to control where businesses could locate, kowtow to the unions, and block the creation of 1,000 jobs in South Carolina, a right-to-work (i.e. no forced unionization) state.
Adopted a longstanding Socialist political slogan, Forward!, as his 2012 campaign motto.
Sent insulting form letters to the familes of dead SEALs.
Neither disavowed nor distanced himself from anti-Romney campaign ads which threatened or implied violence against Republicans.
Shortly after the recent eruption of anti-American violence in North Africa, Obama went to Las Vegas to do his debate pr********n in a hotel with a romanticized North Africa theme.
Said in an interview that the Muslim call to prayer was one of the prettiest sounds on earth at sunset.
Union boss and far-left activist Andy Stern has visitied Obama in the White House at least 53 times, at last count greater access than any other private citizen.

Sponsored performances by and attended fundraisers with radical rappers like Michael Franti and Common, both of whose lyrics have in some cases been anti-police, anti-white, and anti-America.

Canceled plans to complete a missile defense shield in Poland, a move which was highly praised by Russia the very nation whose missile threat would have been neutralized if the shield had been completed.
By loudly publicizing (for personal political gain) the identity of exact SEAL teams who had k**led Osama bin Laden, Obama made them a target for reprisals by Islamists; a short time later 22 SEALS were shot down and k**led in Afghanistan, their worst loss of life ever.

There was a great deal of (still unverified) suspicion that the company LightSquared received favorable treatment from the Obama administration for approval of its broadband technology which interfered with the GPS system; an Air Force general claimed he was pressured by the Obama administration to downplay his criticism of LightSquareds technology in sworn testimony.
Obamas Department of Energy awarded $529 million to Fisker Automotive to build their Karma hybrid electric cars even though they are manufactured in Finland, cost over $100,000 each, and tend to explode.
When Inspector General Gerald Walpin discovered during a 2009 investigation that one of Obamas political allies (the mayor of Sacramento) was misusing government funds for personal gain, Obama unceremoniously fired Walpin even though rooting out fraud was the job description of the Inspector General.

After Nidal Malik Hasan massacred 13 people at Fort Hood while shouting Allahu Akbar so as to become a martyr for Islam, the Obama administration refused to classify his action as terrorism and instead deemed it merely workplace violence.
Despite the fact that the Falkland Islands have been part of Great Britain since 1833 and that Great Britain is supposed to be our strongest ally, Obama essentially sided with Argentina in its new claim on the Falklands, not only by adopting the Argentine position that their status is open to negotiation, but even by (attempting to) refer to the islands by their Spanish name (Malvinas).
Convened the National Commission on Fiscal Responsibility and Reform (a.k.a. the Simpson-Bowles commission) in order to address a major economic crisis and then summarily dismissed and ignored their recommendations.

On April 27, 2009, Obamas staff (possibly at his direction) ordered Air Force One to make an unnecessary very low flight over part of Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty, which many residents mistakenly assumed must be a second 9/11 attack in progress; turned out that it was just a stunt to get a photo op of Obamas plane next to the Statue of Liberty.
Obama somehow managed to insert mentions of himself into the official biographies of earlier presidents on the White House Web site even presidents from the 19th century. After public outcry, the narcissistic Obama mentions were quietly removed without comment.
Intentionally misquotes the Declaration of Independence in speeches, often leaving out the words by their Creator in the famous passage are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, which Obama instead has recited as are endowed with certain unalienable rights.
In June of 2009, Obamas Solicitor General (and now Supreme Court Justice) Elena Kagan filed a legal brief to prevent the families of 9/11 victims from appealing their lawsuits against the Saudi royal family for financing the 9/11 attacks.
The 2009 National Christmas Tree in the White House was decorated with ornaments depicting Chairman Mao, a d**g q***n, and a picture of Mount Rushmore that included Obamas own head next to George Washingtons.
Compelled Catholic and other religious organizations to provide health plans with free contraception, even though such requirements violate their rights of religious freedom and conscience.
It was revealed only after Obama became president that during the 1990s he was a leading member of the New Party, a socialist-aligned far-left radical group in Chicago.
Lied about his close associations with former Weather Underground terrorist Bill Ayers; pretended the two barely knew each other, when multiple sources document they were friends and close colleagues for years.
When Obama was inaugurated as President on January 20, 2009, he at first flubbed the oath of office, so he had to re-take it behind closed doors for his inauguration to be valid. He did so, but during this second, true inauguration in private, he purposely failed to place his hand on a Bible, as is traditional the first president ever to not swear the oath of office on the Bible.
Obamas own author bio in his literary agents catalog and on their Web site stated for 17 consecutive years that he was born in Kenya; this claim remained intact despite other portions of the bio being altered and updated repeatedly. It was only in 2007 after he decided to run for the presidency that the born in Kenya claim was taken down. The original info must necessarily have come from Obama himself; some theorize he likely falsely claimed foreign birth in order to gain admission or scholarships in college, and never bothered to fix his lie.
After winning the 2008 e******n but before being sworn in, Obama bombastically concocted the official-seeming Office of the President-Elect as if it was some kind of real government department; in fact, it was just a self-congratulatory title he made up to look important before he actually became president.
Obama administration came up with the bizarre euphemism man-caused disasters to describe acts of terrorism because he wants to downplay terrorism as a significant political issue.
For three years in a row his official budget proposals to Congress received exactly zero v**es not even a single v**e from Democrats.
Relied on an Islamic fundamentalist m*****a group called The Martyrs of the February the 17th Revolution Brigade to provide security at the American mission in B******i and they not only failed to prevent the attack but perhaps even joined in on it.
During the debate over Obamacare in 2009, Obama bluntly stated that doctors like to perform amputations rather than practice preventive medicine for no other reason than that they make a greater profit from amputations. The American College of Surgeons demanded an apology, which never arrived.
Since 2008 the Los Angeles Times has been in possession of a videotape showing Obama honoring and praising anti-Western anti-Israel academic Edward Said, but they have steadfastly refused to release it to this day, for no discernible reason other than their belief it would damage Obamas reputation.
When the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe recently held a conference on human rights, Obama sent an American representative Salam al-Marayati, a T***her who blamed Israel for the 9/11 attacks and who also praises Hezbollah and Hamas. To the nations of Europe, al-Marayati spoke for all Americans on the topic of human rights.
Obamas Department of Homeland Security specifically warned that Americans who are dedicated to a
single issue, such as opposition to a******n or immigration are potential terrorists, as are libertarian-minded v**ers who favor of state or local authority over centralized power. These rightwing extremists (who hold political beliefs shared by a majority of Americans) are deemed a greater threat to the nation than actual revolutionaries or jihadists.
While campaigning in 2008 Obama declared that it was unpatriotic that Bush had increased the national debt at a rate of half a trillion dollars per year; but under Obama the rate of national debt increase has accelerated to almost three times the Bush rate ($6 trillion in new debt in under four years) yet Obama has never apologized nor declared himself unpatriotic.
For decades, every president has attended a daily intelligence briefing which updates him on critical world events each morning. Obama has skipped 60% of his daily intelligence briefings, including the ones leading up to the attack in B******i.

President Obama claims that Republicans are busy probing phony scandals. But the sheer number of scandals suggests that misbehavior, abuse of power, and possibly corruption are not something being dreamed up by the GOP, but a defining characteristic of the Obama administration.
Here is a full list of the administrations most egregious scandals. The ones we know about, at least. Ive added four since the last time we ran the list an increase of 20 percent!
1. IRS targets Obamas enemies: The IRS targeted conservative and pro-Israel groups prior to the 2012 e******n. Questions are being raised about why this occurred, who ordered it, whether there was any White House involvement and whether there was an initial effort to hide who knew about the targeting and when.
2. B******i: This is actually three scandals in one:
The failure of administration to protect the B******i mission.
The changes made to the talking points in order to suggest the attack was motivated by an anti-Muslim video
The refusal of the White House to say what President Obama did the night of the attack
3. Watching the AP: The Justice Department performed a massive cull of Associated Press reporters phone records as part of a leak investigation.
4. Rosengate: The Justice Department suggested that Fox News reporter James Rosen is a criminal for reporting about classified information and subsequently monitored his phones and emails.
5. Potential Holder perjury I: Attorney General Eric Holder told Congress he had never been associated with potential prosecution of a journalist for perjury when in fact he signed the affidavit that termed Rosen a potential criminal.
6. The ATF Fast and Furious scheme: Allowed weapons from the U.S. to walk across the border into the hands of Mexican drug dealers. The ATF lost track of hundreds of firearms, many of which were used in crimes, including the December 2010 k*****g of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry.
7. Potential Holder Perjury II: Holder told Congress in May 2011 that he had just recently heard about the Fast and Furious gun walking scheme when there is evidence he may have known much earlier.
8. Sebelius demands payment: HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius solicited donations from companies HHS might regulate. The money would be used to help her sign up uninsured Americans for ObamaCare.
9. The Pigford scandal: An Agriculture Department effort that started as an attempt to compensate black farmers who had been discriminated against by the agency but evolved into a gravy train delivering several billion dollars in cash to thousands of additional minority and female farmers who probably didnt face discrimination.
10. GSA gone wild: The General Services Administration in 2010 held an $823,000 training conference in Las Vegas, featuring a clown and a mind readers. Resulted in the resignation of the GSA administrator.
11. Veterans Affairs in Disney World: The agency wasted more than $6 million on two conferences in Orlando. An assistant secretary was fired.
12. Sebelius violates the Hatch Act: A U.S. special counsel determined that Sebelius violated the Hatch Act when she made extemporaneous partisan remarks during a speech in her official capacity last year. During the remarks, Sebelius called for the e******n of the Democratic candidate for governor of North Carolina.
13. Solyndra: Republicans charged the Obama administration funded and promoted its poster boy for g***n e****y despite warning signs the company was headed for bankruptcy. The administration also allegedly pressed Solyndra to delay layoff announcements until after the 2010 midterm e******ns.
14. AKA Lisa Jackson: Former EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson used the name Richard Windsor when corresponding by email with other government officials, drawing charges she was trying to evade scrutiny.
15. The New Black Panthers: The Justice Department was accused of using a racial double standard in failing to pursue a v**er intimidation case against Black Panthers who appeared to be menacing v**ers at a polling place in 2008 in Philadelphia.
16. Waging war all by myself: Obama may have violated the Constitution and both the letter and the spirit of the War Powers Resolution by attacking Libya without Congressional approval.
17. Biden bullies the press: Vice President Bidens office has repeatedly interfered with coverage, including forcing a reporter to wait in a closet, making a reporter delete photos, and editing pool reports.
18. AKPD not A-OK: The administration paid millions to the former firm of then-White House adviser David Axelrod, AKPD Message and Media, to promote passage of Obamacare. Some questioned whether the firm was hired to help pay Axelrod $2 million AKPD owed him.
19. Sestak, well take care of you: Former White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel used Bill Clinton as an intermediary to probe whether former Rep. Joe Sestak (D-Pa.) would accept a prominent, unpaid White House advisory position in exchange for dropping out of the 2010 primary against former Sen. Arlen Specter (D-Pa.).
20. Ill pass my own laws: Obama has repeatedly been accused of making end runs around Congress by deciding which laws to enforce, including the decision not to deport i*****l i*******ts who may have been allowed to stay in the United States had Congress passed the Dream Act.
21. The hacking of Sharyl Attkissons computer: Its not clear who hacked the CBS reporters computer as she investigated the B******i scandal, but the Obama administration and its allies had both the motive and the means to do it.
22. An American Political Prisoner: The sudden decision to arrest Nakoula Basseley Nakoula on unrelated charges after protests in the Arab world over his anti-Muslim video is an extraordinarily suspicious coincidence. Were going to go out and were going to prosecute the person that made that video, Hillary Clinton allegedly told the father of one of the ex-SEALs k**led in Banghazi.
23. Get rid of inconvenient IGs: Corporation for National and Community Service Inspector General Gerald Walpin was fired in 2009 as he fought wasteful spending and investigated a friend of Obamas, Sacramento Mayor and former NBA player Kevin Johnson. The White House says Walpin was incompetent.
24. Influence peddling: An investigation is underway of Alejandro Mayorkas, director of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, who has been nominated by Obama for the number two post at the Department of Homeland Security. Mayorkas may have used his position to unfairly obtain U.S. visas for foreign investors in company run by Hillary Clintons brother, Anthony Rodman.

WASHINGTON -- The Obama administration appears to have almost no international support for controversial new trade standards that would grant radical new political powers to corporations, increase the cost of prescription medications and restrict bank regulation, according to two internal memos obtained by The Huffington Post.
The memos, which come from a government involved in the 12-nation T***s-Pacific Partnership free trade negotiations, detail continued disputes in the talks over the deal. The documents reveal broad disagreement over a host of key positions, and general skepticism that an agreement can be reached by year-end. The Obama administration has urged countries to reach a deal by New Year's Day, though there is no technical deadline.
One memo, which was heavily redacted before being provided to HuffPost, was written ahead of a new round of talks in Singapore this week. Read the full text of what HuffPost received here. "These are not U.S. documents and we have no idea of their authorship or authenticity," a spokesman for the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative said. "Some elements in them are outdated, others totally inaccurate." The spokesman declined to specify which parts were outdated or inaccurate.
The Obama administration has been leading negotiations on the international trade accord since 2010. The countries involved in the talks include Australia, Brunei, Chile, Canada, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore and Vietnam.
One of the most controversial provisions in the talks includes new corporate empowerment language insisted upon by the U.S. government, which would allow foreign companies to challenge laws or regulations in a privately run international court. Under World Trade Organization treaties, this political power to contest government law is reserved for sovereign nations. The U.S. has endorsed some corporate political powers in prior trade agreements, including the North American Free Trade Agreement, but the scope of what laws can be challenged appears to be much broader in TPP negotiations.
"The United States, as in previous rounds, has shown no flexibility on its proposal, being one of the most significant barriers to closing the chapter, since under the concept of Investment Agreement nearly all significant contracts that can be made between a state and a foreign investor are included," the memo reads. "Only the U.S. and Japan support the proposal."
Under NAFTA, companies including Exxon Mobil, Dow Chemical and Eli Lilly have attempted to overrule Canadian regulations on offshore oil drilling, fracking, pesticides, drug patents and other issues. Companies could challenge an even broader array of rules under the TPP language.
New standards concerning access to key medicines appear to be equally problematic for many nations. The Obama administration is insisting on mandating new intellectual property rules in the treaty that would grant pharmaceutical companies long-term monopolies on new medications. As a result, companies can charge high prices without regard to competition from generic providers. The result, public health experts have warned, would be higher prices around the world, and lack of access to life-saving drugs in poor countries. Nearly every intellectual property issue in the November chart is opposed by a broad majority of the 12 nations. The December memo describes 119 "outstanding issues" that remain unresolved between the nations on intellectual property matters. The deal would obligate nations to develop many standards similar to those in the United States, where domestic prescription drug prices are much higher than costs in other nations.
Also according to the December memo, the U.S. has reintroduced a proposal that would hamper government health services from negotiating lower drug prices with pharmaceutical companies. The proposal appears to have been universally rejected earlier in the talks, according to the memo.
Australia and New Zealand have medical boards that allow the government to reject expensive new drugs for the public health system, or negotiate lower prices with drug companies that own patents on them. If a new drug does not offer sufficient benefits over existing generic drugs, the boards can reject spending taxpayer money on the new medicines. They can also refuse to pay high prices for new drugs. The Obama administration has been pushing to ban these activities by national boards, which would lock in big profits for U.S. drug companies. Obamacare sought to mimic the behavior of these boards to lower domestic health care costs by granting new flexibilities to U.S. state agencies for determining drug prices.
The U.S. is also facing major resistance on bank regulation standards. The Obama administration is seeking to curtail the use of "capital controls" by foreign governments. These can include an extremely broad variety of financial tools, from restricting lending in overheated markets to denying mass international outflows of currency during a financial panic. The loss of these tools would dramatically limit the ability of governments to prevent and stem banking crises.
"The positions are still paralyzed," the December memo reads, referring to the Financial Services Chapter. "The United States shows zero flexibility."
Previously leaked TPP documents have sparked alarm among global health experts, Internet freedom activists, environmentalists and organized labor, but are adamantly supported by American corporations and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. The Obama administration has deemed negotiations to be classified information -- banning members of Congress from discussing the American negotiating position with the press or the public. Congressional staffers have been restricted from viewing the documents.

Why are there no charges against the NSA crew: Clapper, Alexander and Obama?

Its curious how then-President Bill Clinton was impeached and removed from office by the US Congress for just one lie concerning the relatively trivial matter of an extramarital affair a scandal that didn't concern his official duties.
But James Clapper and Keith Alexander, who are in charge of the NSA system, have told a number of lies while under oath one journalist counted 14 lies by Alexander to the US Congress concerning matters of vital importance to the Congress, the American people and the world. Specifically, they have lied, used half-t***hs, and obfuscated while under oath to conceal from the Congress, and the public, the massive surveillance of the American people's online activities secretly carried out by the NSA. Yet no charges or attempted charges have been brought.
Or consider that former President Richard Nixon was on his way to impeachment and probable conviction, and was essentially forced thereby from office, for the action of his subordinates in breaking-in one time to one office in an attempt to steal or copy some documents. But Obamas NSA team has carried out systematic capture of online information i.e., electronic documents or metadata about those documents from tens or hundreds of millions of Americans, in f**grant violation of the Fourth Amendment to the Bill of Rights. Yet no serious investigation or impeachment proceedings have been launched against Obama.
The Congressional right to investigate, impeach, and remove officials from office is embodied in the US Constitution, which states: "The president, vice president and all civil officers of the United States shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors."

Suspected of lying about an alleged sexual relationship with White House intern Monica Lewinsky to Congress, Clinton was subjected to an extensive investigation by specially-appointed independent Counsel Kenneth Starr. On the basis of his testimony, the US Congress attempted but failed to impeach Clinton.
In Nixons case, the bungled attempt to photo documents led to a wide-ranging investigation by Judge John Sirica, the judge in the burglary case; investigations also by an independent counsel; and by a Congressional committee. Witnesses from Nixons entourage were legally compelled by subpoenas to testify before the judge and the Congressional committee, and Nixons probable direct involvement in the burglary was thereby uncovered. What's more, investigative journalists working for the establishment press also played a prominent role in uncovering Nixons involvement.
NSA-related criminal violations of US laws and Constitution including lying to Congress and the unconstitutional copying of billions of online emails and other documents of tens of millions of Americans have clearly occurred. U.S. Federal judge Richard Leon has ruled that the NSA's mass collection of Americans' phone data almost certainly violates the constitutional protection of the right to privacy. He also referred to the NSA programs as "almost Orwellian." But no independent counsel or investigative body has been established. No witnesses from Obama's entourage or from the NSA have been compelled to testify as to what the president knew, and when he knew it, and precisely what the involvement of Clapper and Alexander was in these illegal practices.
On the contrary, these men and their crimes against the American people have been handled with kid gloves by a Congress which continues to treat them as some kind of heroes when it comes to the NSA, while the one man who blew the whistle on their crimes Edward Snowden has been vilified as some kind of t*****r.

Obama told a whopper on IRS scandal

Fact: The IRS targeted conservative and tea party groups requesting tax-exempt status in the run-up to the 2012 p**********l e******n. That's a fact.
Congress held hearings - embarrassing hearings. Three top Internal Revenue Service officials resigned. No heads rolled, but for the Obama administration, and the lawless Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr., that amounted to a major scandal. Even White House spokesman Jay "Circus" Carney called the IRS' actions "inappropriate." Fact.
But President Obama, in an interview last week with sycophant Chris Matthews, now says the entire scandal was made up by the media.
"When we do things right, they don't get a lot of attention," the president said, no doubt sending a thrill up the MSNBC host's leg. "If we do something that is perceived at least initially as a screw- up, it will be on the nightly news for a week."
Like, say, deploying the nation's tax watchdog to target political opponents? Just a "screw-up."
You bet. Manufactured in the media.
"If, on the other hand," Mr. Obama said, " you've got an office in Cincinnati in the IRS office that, I think for bureaucratic reasons, is trying to streamline what is a difficult law to interpret about whether nonprofit is actually a political organization, deserves a tax exempt agency [sic], and they've got a list. Suddenly everyone is outraged.
"And I'll point out there are some so-called progressives and, you know, perceived to be liberal commentators who during that week just were outraged at the possibility that these folks, you know, had been at the direction of the Democratic Party, in some way discriminated against tea party folks. You know, that is what gets news. That's what gets attention."
Uh, yeah. That's what "gets news." In fact, that's also what gets presidents impeached (see Nixon, Richard re: Watergate).
Like B******i, when Obama officials like Susan E. Rice, Hillary Rodham Clinton - even the president himself - tried to make up a narrative that the attack on a U.S. diplomatic compound was spontaneous and only about some obscure YouTube video, the story that America's top officials tried to ply on the IRS scandal was that a few rogue workers had committed some t***sgressions. No scandal here, they said.
Of course, that was the red f**g. No one knew? (Of course, that is the mantra of the Obama administration - no one ever knows anything. They had three years to build the Obamacare website, and when it didn't work, well ... No one knew! Sheesh, get off our backs!)
Although the president is busy trying to change the subject, this time to income ine******y, the IRS story just won't disappear. Last week, Rep. Darrell E. Issa, chairman of the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, had simply had enough. He called out the IRS' chief counsel, William Wilkins, for saying "I don't recall" a staggering 80 times during his congressional testimony last month.
"Your memory consistently failed when you were asked about information you shared with the Treasury Department," the lawmaker wrote. "Your failure to recollect important aspects of the Committee's investigation suggests either a deliberate attempt to obfuscate your involvement in this matter or gross incompetence on your part."
Funny, the Obama administration, in Year 5, is totally fine with "gross incompetence." Many warned that these guys weren't ready for prime time. They said they were.
But really, they weren't. And like with Obamacare, all they can say is it's not our fault. Worse, no one seems to know anything. But as everyone knows, ignorance is no excuse.
