That is a presumption on your part, I have listened to Trump speaking and he gives me concern that he holds several of the amendments to be impediments to his doing deals. While this is troubling, Hillary holds similar views on the entire constitution so I will not v**e for her, I will take half a loaf instead of none.

All the rest of the clap trap of who is more scurrilous, contemptible, amoral, etc is irrelevant to the issue of who will destroy our nation faster.

Off the top of my head, the fifth amendment

Their have been numerous cases where private property has been expropriated under eminent domain and turned over to private developers because there would be greater tax revenue. In these cases the developer sold the local politiucians on the extras revenue they would get by trampling ownership rights. There was no compelling public good to justify eminent domain condemnation.

Trump has spoken favorably about this and has used it elsewhere, I believe where he built the golf course he likes to brag about. There are some other issues but I would have to do some research and I am out of time for now. Have to hit the drugstore, post office and bank.

When one is in business, one does what is legal to make money. That would come under what I would call achieving one's goals.

I would expect that as POTUS Trump would show the same goal oriented dedication regarding his quest to strengthen America on all fronts.
