When I post a thread, you are all always welcome.
Especially those who disagree with my opinions.
If you're a troll, you're welcome.
If you use foul language, you're welcome.
If you insult me, you're still welcome.
I don't care if you're Satans' henchman or a disciple of Jesus.
I want to hear what you have to say.
I will never use " Invite Only " and I believe it's just another " Safe Space " for those who haven't the testicular fortitude to cope with the realities of this existence on earth.

THANK YOU but I do under stand some of it I'm not very into politics so what I come for mostly is to learn and question. It does get bad when you go to a thread and people are just pissed off and cussing. I cuss just a little but on some I swear some one comes on just to get people angry I just leave because the topic is totally lost in cussing and temper. Thanks wolf

I think Admin could have just enforced their rules, which apparently they have now done away with, on Main...... no need for "safe" spaces. OPP has become a place for name calling, profanity spouting, conspiracy theorist haven. Most responses to threads, unless it is insult exchanges, are ignored.... discussion on issues is no longer appreciated or encouraged.... I have no idea why I am h*****g around.... perhaps I have grown used to the personalities, or too lazy to look for a better managed forum.

If all the thoughtful people like you left, it would not be worth turning on the computer to look at. Too bad Admin could not have controlled the trolls and those whose language is d********g in the first place, then there would not have been any need for invite only.

Me? I type four letter words once in a while, but that's habitual--picked it up in the navy and working in the fire houses. Like whenever I type "fuck", it is always in context.

It is not a matter of being faint hearted or unable to stand up in the "real world", (which this most assuredly is not). Sometimes it is nice to just read through a discussion without having to witness the rank stupidity and inconsiderate self indulgences of the intellectually stunted and those desperately seeking any kind of attention.

Without opening this "invite only" yet; you are probably right.
Weak knees writing to weak knees.
But at least everyone on there knows it is restricted.
Better than hidden bans used elsewhere.

May be not that bad; BUT
It is those doing the 'cut button' that one has to wonder about.
It can come down to bias and predjudice at the controls.
IMO,So far; OPP does a good job.
I know of no better forum, for keeping it an honest forum.
