The Next Debate Stategy for Trump

I just had a thought yesterday, which is rare for a 70 yr old vet. No matter how Trump does in the next debate, the media will say that he lost. So, if I were him, I would walk in and laugh it off. EVERY time Clinton starts demeaning him, he should throw his arms up and say, "What difference does it make?" and then immediately mention the economy, unemployment, etc. The media would go berserk!!

He can't talk about the economy the economy is doing great. If he brings up his agenda on economy he will get k**led on that issue. Unemployment is at 4.9% regardless of you beliefs about people leaving the workforce. I would love it if Trump brought that issue up Clinton will explain who those 92 million people are. SS recipiants, college students, SS disability recipients, stay at home moms, HS students above the age of 16, baby boomers retiring early it's time people understand.

Now you refuse to look at the total labor work force under Bush which was approximately 139 million people under Obama it's 145 million people. So where are these 92 million people and where have they gone.

If you say under Obama 92 million people left the workforce that means our total workforce is only 47 million people and that is foolish to even think that.

Unemployment had 6 catogories to determine unemployment in this country it's U1, U2, U3, U4, U5, U6 unemployment is based on U3 which the republicans used for the first 2 years of Obama but when unemployment started to drop the GOP started using U6 which is nothing but an Internal number to document our workforce.

Look up How unemployment is figured.

This is funny I am a Vet and seventy. I had much the same idea. Trump does not have to do much, Hillery is pretty good at destroying herself with stupid statements and lies.I believe the mainstream media is hurting her now. They fabricate worse than she does. She should remember the light at the end of the tunnel could be the Trump Train .

Mr. Forkbassman,
I totally agree with your perception for the next debate, too bad the Donald can't hear you.
The major part of the Country would love to see that! She is deserving

On the economy: We should neither listen to the snarling pitbulls on the right or the prevaricating poodles on the left.
The economy is a patchwork quilt across the country with some areas doing well and some not so well but it can't be denied that overall we are better off than we were in 2008. It's disappointing to see so many intelligent writers here being duped into believing politicians who in the final weeks of a P**********l e******n are willing to exaggerate or outright lie about anything to get elected. You should not be proud of being sucked into one polar vortex or the other when most on both sides say they don't really like their candidate but will v**e the ticket anyway. If enough of us wrote "neither" on the b****t it would not destroy the country. Look at what happened in Iceland...

Because she wants to make it better 4.9% is good but this country thrives for 3.5%
