Okay, here we go. The case will not be dismissed...period. The Bundy's will go to prison, the question is just how long. I said a long time ago that many of those m*****a types, and the Bundy's, at the Bunkerville standoff, were going to pay a price. Especially if they pointed a weapon at any law enforcement agent. Well, to date something like 16 of them have taken plea deals and gone to prison, and more will in the near future. One doesn't point a weapon at law enforcement and get away with it. I sympathize with the Bundy's, as I know one of them personally, Ryan Bundy...he has done a lot of cement and gravel work on my ranch. Having said that, he, and his brother, picked the wrong venue by going to Oregon, especially when the locals did not invite them, nor wanted them there. Trust me, they're going to spend some time in prison. And, I'll wager that the Bundy's will lose their farm in the process. Do I necessarily agree with it? No I don't, but that is what is going to happen. So, there is NOTHING HUGE about this posting...period.

I agree with you...There is a lot more going on than is disclosed..Regardless of being right or wrong in their endeavor to stand against government, they are now being used as the model for others/those who may wish to rise against rather than "tolerate, "...

Since all charges against the defendants in Oregon have been dismissed by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeal decision, they can now go after all these Federal and Oregon state scum for lack of jurisdiction and murder charges and more. Do any of you have the moral courage to respond with your feedback to this post and stand up for the righteousness of the Torah/Laws of Moses and condemn this unwarranted massacre of one man and attempt to silence and even murder the rest of these patriots and one woman in prison for the rest of their lives? I don't believe anyone wanted to see any of those people go to jail let alone see someone k**led.

Your comment about moral courage sounds a trifle judgmental as if you think some here rejoiced over what happened.

Of course those people got a raw deal and I hope those in prison are released and they all win their suits, but as said earlier....you don't point guns at law enforcement of any type. To do so is an open invitation to be shot and provides the excuse to do so.
