Found an Android app yesterday. It's called Picas. It takes any picture and redraws it in one of many different styles. Here is the original photo, followed by a few examples of what it can do. Not sure how these will display since they were t***sferred from my phone. And yes. It's a free download.
There is another app called photo warp. I was thinking about what I could do if I combined the two. Maybe I could be a political cartoonist. LOL
