For me it is weekend at Bernie's. My late wife always enjoyed this movie and we always laughed until the tears ran down our faces. That and Ferris Bueller's Day Off.
Ferris Bueller's Day Off was an instant classic. It's one of those rare movies, where they got everything right.
A movie that is so good, you can watch it over and over again. So what's yours? Let's hear 'em.
Smokey and the Bandit (director Hal Needham was a family friend), Slingblade, Tombstone, Outlaw Josey Wales and Oh Brother, a Where art Thou, all movies I have watched many times and enjoy totally! Almost forgot - Bonnie and Clyde. Unfortunately, my lovely bride of 48 years is not impressed with my choices. 😂😂😂

The one I would pick to see again is "The Song of Bernadette" (1943) with Jennifer Jones as Bernadette, Lee J. Cobb and Vincent Price (before he went ghoulish). I have already seen it a few times. But then the one I have seen the most (all mostly back in the early 60s), and would watch it again is "Blue Hawaii" (1961) because of the music and scenery - especially when Elvis was singing the "Hawaiian Wedding Song" + I still have the soundtrack (record) from the movie.
