Hillary refused to respond to the court order to answer. She now has limited time to obey or the presiding judge can award the case to the plaintiffs.

Explain why she failed to respond.

You may rule out:

Busy is not a defense for failing to obey a court order.
Being ill is not a defense for failing to obey a court order.
She thinks she is above the law.
Not a defense under law
She is inept.
Not a defense under law
She is incompetent.

She forgot.

Explain why you would v**e for her considering she didn't even acknowledge the court order, and we know she knew about it. And even if she claims she wasn't notified, it is not a defense under law.
