Do you live in a closet? Hillary had private and state business emails mixed on both her computer's and 13 mobile devices. She used a BlackBerry extensively even after being informed it is the mobile most easily hacked and she perjured herself more than once to Congress. She also lied about handing everything over and was found to have hidden 14,900 emails which now have been accessed.

And no foreign anyone hacked. It was our own NSA.
