There was a guy named Mark who was exploring his inner self and trying to find his purpose in life. His friends told him that if he wanted to find himself he should talk to this old man far up on the mountain. The old man told him "Mark go out into the wilderness until you hear your name called and you will find yourself." So Mark goes out into the wilderness and survives on roots and berries and spring water for weeks. One day he faintly heard "mark ---mark" He got very excited and ran toward the voice. He crossed a stream climbed a hill went down into a valley and up another hill and heard "Mark---Mark" much louder. Mark was thrilled as he was finally gonna find himself. He ran across a meadow forded another stream climbed a hill went down a valley and "MARK--MARK ! really loud this time. He looked into some peoples yard and they had a hair lipped dog. Mark-- Mark.

Warm and sunny with an evening breeze. No rain to speak of for a long time now. Looks like a long Indian summer coming up. I'm headed to Goldendale Washington next weekend to watch my nephew get married. It will be around 100 up there. I'll be drinkin loads of cold beer and sweet tea for sure. I never go any where without an ice chest full.
