As ugly as this is and mean and cruel as it was to that young lady, our system is designed this way. As much as I detest Hillary Clinton, she did her job and apparently did it well for client. The question I have to ask is why wasn't the prosecuting attorney more effective in doing his/her job? Why didn't he/she appeal the case to a higher court, etc.?

Sam- You know, you are right. That's our system and deep down inside I agree with you. The thing that pissed me off the most. Well, first of all, if you haven't been able to tell I dislike this woman with a passion. Think she represents what is wrong with this country. That being said, what pissed me off was the fact that after the alleged rapist got off with 2 months for time served, she laughed as if it was ALL ABOUT HER. She was so proud of herself. It's more about attitude than results, for me. To be honest with you, I tend to get a little frustrated when I look at the polls and then have to listen to the assholes on OPP that like to throw it in anyone's face. Hillary is an evil person. If she becomes President, I think this nation is really in for some hard times. When she was an attorney working on the Watergate Scandal, she was fired for doing dishonest things. That was a time when you still had a few honest people who held the reigns. It is her character and she makes no bones about doing illegal things. It will catch up with her one day. I just hope America does not have to suffer from this B***h's schnanagans.
