Why has no one during the primarys brought up that Rubio parents were not us citizens when he was born?

FYI... Marco Rubio was born May 28, 1971 in Miami, Florida, USA...
As such, by EVERY STANDARD, being born IN THE USA AUTOMATICALLY CLASSIFIES HIM AS A "NATURAL BORN USA CITIZEN"...

Nonsense, the STANDARD, is the Amendment itself. Not a part of the Amendment that is intentionally corrupted for political reasons. The entire Amendment stipulates the part about citizenry based on the jurisdiction of the parents. Parent(s) from Timbuktu have a child born in America, the child is a citizen of his parent(s) jurisdiction=Timbuktu. American parent(s) have a child born out of the USA. The child is subject to the jurisdiction of the parent(s)=America. The child of American parent(s) is bestowed American Citizenship. You have this one wrong, Jim. Rubio is an anchor baby, a U.S. citizen yes, by virtue of the 14th amendment. However, not a NATURAL BORN citizen. His parents were not at the time of his birth, U.S. citizens. In fact, his father was actively seeking to go back to Cuba. They didn't become citizens until Marco was age four.

A NATURAL BORN citizen, is one who is born to a U.S. citizen parent on U.S. soil, either mother or father. Prior to 1934, only the father could pass on citizenship, in 1934, the power to pass citizenship was granted to the mother. The Act of 1934 is what grants Ted Cruz to be considered a citizen, because his mother is a U.S. citizen, but he was not born on U.S. soil (born in Canada) he also is not a NATURAL born citizen.

An easier break down is like this:

A - a child born anywhere in the world outside the U.S. to U.S. citizen parent(s) is considered a U.S. citizen.

B - a child born on U.S. soil to non-citizen parents is considered a U.S. citizen.

C - a child born on U.S. soil to U.S. citizen parent(s) is a NATURAL born citizen.

The natural born citizen clause was put in the Article as a matter of national security.

I just wanted to clarify for Jim, the difference between a citizen and a natural born citizen. Indeed I have saved some stuff, and if Jim is interested, I'd be more than happy to share.
