Temptations of Christ

Satan knew Jesus was the son of God but still tempted Him. If he would try the son of God then he tries all of us. Satan deceives the whole world. If you think he deceives the whole world but missed you, that is proof of the deception. The only thing Jesus used against satan was the written word of God. If it’s good enough for Jesus then the bible is all we need to defeat satan. Satan came to Jesus at least twice. The first time is in Luke 4, the second time is in Matthew 4. Each time the same three requests are made. The first request are the same in both gospels. The next two are in different orders. We will cover the ones in Matthew. First satan request that Jesus turn stones into bread, which is another way of saying, “since you are the son of God, don’t endure hunger. Use your supernatural power to satisfy your flesh.” Of course Jesus refuses. He quotes from Deuteronomy 8:3, “man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.” How can we apply this to our lives? There is more to your life than pleasing your flesh. You have to make good decisions. This is tricky because good decisions come from experience, but experience comes from bad decisions. You may make bad decisions, but God will never leave or forsake you. Failing to get Christ to satisfy his flesh, satan now wants Jesus to prove He is who he knows He is. He twist the meaning of the 91st Psalm saying Jesus should jump off a building and angels will catch Him. If this isn’t an insane request it will do until one shows up. Jesus quotes from Deuteronomy 6:16 saying don’t tempt God. Failing again satan does not get discouraged but goes for broke, he asks Jesus, the son of God, to worship him as god. Jesus dismisses him outright for the last time. Satan wants to be worshipped as God but God will have nothing to do with us if we worship satan.

Like wise, Satan appeared to Jesus also in a mount, for 40 days and nights, while fasting, and commissioned him. Jesus came to finish Satan's work. Thru Jesus, Satan is worshipped as God. He can replicate almost everything God does, except when it comes to life and death. The God of Israel is the living God and he will return to earth from heaven with all the angels after being executed by Christians. He will reign forever on earth.

The only way into Heaven is thru righteousness. The righteous meek will inherit the earth and return with God on the mount of Olives. If you cling to your idols until the end, you're not going to make it. God is not a respecter of persons and both the wicked and the righteous come in all races, creeds, and colors. God will cut off the wicked in a mass execution. That is what I call "Judgment Day", the second day of the Lord. Isaiah 24:6 "Therefore hath the curse devoured the earth, and they that dwell therein are desolate: therefore the inhabitants of the earth are burned, and few men left".

Deafness and blindness are spiritual conditions. Your mind is closed to the Truth. If you live thru the judgments of God, eventually your eyes and ears will be opened. I take the scriptures at their plain meaning. Your safest bet is to personally fulfill the covenant that God made with mankind thru Moses.

You will need to be a little more specific than that. My beliefs could fill a book. I practice my own flavor of Judaism, what I call biblical Judaism. There is also some Truth in all religions, and my beliefs are an eclectic mix. This includes Christianity. I believe the Messiah is God incarnate and will be "resurrected" on the mount of Olives and will reign on earth forever.
